Ordered a bacon, pickle and ham sub for pickup, I was in a hurry so I didn’t check the inside of the package. They forgot the bacon.

The footlong sandwiches are different at every branch. Some will give an average amount of vegetables and some will give less. I request less dressing on the app. I brought it home, and it was soaked with dressing. I used a paper towel to take most of it off.

Got a couple sandwiches. Kid with the ice blue eyes and green hair made them very well. Decent amount of veggies, which we liked. He was also very friendly. But bro, gotta dial back on the conversation just a touch. Young kid, the exact opposite of most of his introverted peers, very friendly customer service. Just need to remember folks are coming to get grub from you. They may already be hangry just walking in the door. So, maybe ask them how they are, let them do the talking while you put together their food in your awesome way. You've got the customer service part down, now just need to find that balance :)

Watched in line while one female employee went to the back room for meat, then came out and put leftovers in new bin, then went back to filling someone's sandwiches dipping into veggies. Then she went and got something in the back wall, then the cash register. All these steps without changing gloves after leaving the food. Not changing between going in back. No changing when touching nonfood items. Plus the girl was rude, and could be heard huffing in disgust to other customers. Besides my stomach turning and the rude customer service, do employees of subway actually take/pass a food servers permit? I used to love Subway. I have asked quite a few times before making my sandwich was made in other places, for server to change gloves. Mostly, servers are happy to do that and should do it. I can't go back. Both Subways in town employ this girl. Where is the owner/manager? Very disgruntled.

Ordered the Big Garlic. There was absolutely no chicken on it. It was just all vegetables and some bacon.

Went in today for a sandwich and the staff member remained at the register completely ignoring me and made zero attempts to acknowledge my presence.

Food has really gone downhill over the last few years. Used to be one of my favorite places to get a quick bite to eat. But now it seems like you can't leave the place without spending under $15 bucks for a terrible sandwich. Employees always seem like they're rushing you to make your selections.

These 2 ladies on rn did not pass the "Customer Service" test,This location has a little bell on top, I am assuming it is there for customers to ring when no one is around to help ??♀️After we waited at least 5 min and Verbally called out into the kitchen area for Assistance, we were on our lunch break so decided to Ring the bell, here came two woman from the back room super upset with the longest face... didn't even asked what we wanted they just assumed we wanted our sandwiches how it was displayed, I asked for a certain type of bread and again, they just assumed we all wanted the same bread, so they took the same type of bread for all of us and started cutting them, she assumed I wanted Cold Bacon so she didnt even ask, she just laid the cold bacon on my sandwich ?Maybe Hire someone who actually want to work, or at least have a nice attitude...

I had been to this Subway inside Walmart (the dirtiest one I've ever been in (winter?) and we RV'd across the country so we've been in quite a few) several months ago and don't remember it being a bad experience. But for whatever reason, this time was completely different. First, it's an accepted joke that fast-food businesses play on us that what you get will look nothing like the pictures they show you. And even when confronted with false advertising, we keep coming back. But it won't be to this one for me. The "Italian Artisan" was a shriveled, 2" wide, slightly stale roll. The beef, cheese and onion filling inside was as bland as the roll. But as I sat at the table eating my miniscule 6" sub (for $8.99 - about 1/2 the size of a Costco dog for $1.50) I began to notice just how dirty the place was in general but in particular the plastic shield in front of the food containers, streaked and splotched, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for several shifts. What really made me uneasy was, unfortunately, the young man working there (alone and apparently inexperienced). He had open sores on his face with a band aid attempting to cover one. I'm sure he is more upset about this condition than I was but this is unavoidably off-putting to the person ordering the food. I'm guessing he has little say over this condition and if health care was equitable in this prosperous nation, he would be able to have medical care exceeding the one provided by the bandage. Best of luck to him but it looks like the manager (District)? of this store should be the one looking for another job.

If give it 0 stars if I could, one person working there, and wouldn't even acknowledge our existence. Super rude, we walked out without any food
