Went in to find out information about my current plan and trade-ins. The lady named Dakota was very helpful breaking everything down and explained to me how the different rates work. She's awesome! I'll be back tomorrow for a new phone!

Wish they had a ticket number "now serving" to figure out who's next in line. Can never figure out why more than one employee is helping a single person. Don't know why their tablet works for some things but other times, they have to switch to the computer. On T-Mobile Tuesday giveaway day, would be nice to have dedicated employee to pass out the goodies, so we don't all have to wait in line for people getting other services.

I get it you need to upsell but lying to do so doesn't leave a good taste in my mouth. Sprint customers need a TMobile sim to get the best of both, however after being told I had to move off my grandfathered plan here I called TMobile and they sent out a new sim no questions and no plan change. I'm hoping this hiccup is just due to third party vs. Corporate, the staff here is nice (luckily, as it seems that is a rarity). Just do your research before listening to what they tell you.

Visited this place with someone elderly and they have mobility problems and this place just really needs some mature employees that understand that it's not easy getting around sometimes when people get older. Practically had to write an autobiography for the kid there for him to understand.

My son and I were only trying to purchase new phones because our current phones at the time were malfunctioning. Emalee and Dakota exuded disturbing, unwelcoming attitudes towards us. They made it clear through their dismissive actions and tones that they did not care to wait on us at all. I was so disturbed at how rude and awful Emalee was talking to my son. He has a disability and she was extremely impatient and intolerant of him. She was taking deep breaths and rolling her eyes at every question he had about the phones we were about to purchase. When I confronted her and asked her to stop treating him that way, Dakota threw her hands up, rolled her eyes, and asked, "How do you expect her to understand him when he talks the way he does?". I was floored. I couldn't believe she really asked me that. My son was talking normal. He may talk a bit fast and stutter when he gets anxious, but he didn't mean any harm. He was very sincere. Feeling defeated, I then asked if they could just expedite the transaction so we could leave. After the purchase, they gave us our phones with no bags, no receipts, nothing. I found out the next day that, while I was at work, my son went to the same store to buy a protective case for his new phone and Dakota met him at the door saying that he was not welcome to that store anymore. When he asked her why, she blew him off and told him to get away from the door and locked it in his face. I called the store and asked for the store manager and they told me that he did not have time to talk to me. We did not deserve this especially being that we have been loyal customers for over 5 years. The level at which they've violated us has left me feeling extreme levels of anxiety. Is this how they treat people who they feel are different from them? I don't understand. We did nothing for them to act this way towards us.

Andrew helped me get a new phone yesterday and he was awesome. He even helped me upgrade to a better plan. Andrew was very friendly & knowledgeable about the phones and plans. I'm happy with my visit and interaction with him. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Skylynn was absolutely the nastiest person I have ever had to deal with here. I just have no words for her ugliness in her character. The manager, Thomas, should have done a better job at handling the situation, but he, too, was oblivious and short. I can not wait to never have to deal with this TMobile store ever again.

I have been with T-Mobile almost 2 years. Family&friends have reception issues with their phones where I live. I never have problems sending or receiving messages, photo's or emails.

The staff at the t-mobile center in Oak Harbor were awesome very pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable in service… thanks so much Bajin
