The Book Rack is a beautiful cafe and bookstore, a great gathering place and a must-stop in the area. It is not the Book Rack you remember, as it has expanded into a welcoming shop with a wonderful vibe. The atmosphere is nice, making it wonderful for family, teens, and all persons with imagination. They offer books for pleasure reading, personal or professional development, or education, plus tons of other reading options. They sell more than just books, with gifts for everyone including art supplies, puzzles, plushies, journals, tarot, board games, and collectible card decks. They also do board game rental. The full operational cafe provides amazing pastries, goodies, and snacks, with a good pastry and drink selection. Their coffee, chai, and seasonal drinks like peppermint or gingerbread are impressive, and they offer milk substitutes. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, happy, and welcoming, providing excellent service. With reading nooks and a kid area, it's a perfect place for a rainy afternoon.
Little Oak Town needed this! Beautiful cafe and bookstore. Staff is so welcoming and it's such a nice vibe inside. I am very impressed with the pastries, goodies, coffees, and lotus! My husband and I will go out of our way to stop here for their pastries
