I got a pedicure from saummer. She’s an amazing worker and I love her pedicures. I have gotten more than 4 pedicures from her but after I got home from this pedicure my toes started itching so bad and swelling up. I now have athletes foot. Which is NO doubt from their tools not being cleaned properly. When I called to explain the guy on the phone answered me like normal. When I proceeded to tell him that his tools need to be cleaned properly because I got athletes foot from their establishment. Instead of offering me a gift card, refund, or anything he pretended the phone call was going out. He continued to say hello? And act like he could not hear me when he could hear me perfectly a couple seconds ago. I would suggest not getting a pedicure from this place!! The nails are always amazing for me but this pedicure was not good.

I paid for full manicure plus tip. What I got was 15-20 polish and some lotion slapped on my hands.
I work with dogs, so I needed my nails cleaned underneath and rough calloused areas around fingernail beds trimed and cleaned, that's what a MANICURE IS ! My polish looks acceptable. However I was a cosmetologist an I know what a proper manicure entails. That is Not what I received. NOT Satisfied. Will not go back.

Had a gel mani/pedi. I’m really happy with the care that they took to make my nails and cuticles look really nice. And the massage during the pedi was one of the best I’ve experienced at a nail salon. Thank you!

Love the acrylic set I got today. My technician was nice and professional and had no problems using a reference picture I brought in. Definitely my favorite nail place on the island!

I went in with old acrylic on and instead of soaking them, they just pried them off. Felt like they were pulling my nails off. Then when they put the new ones on, it burned. Like a white hot searing pain. And when doing the design the guy never asked me what color I wanted and just started putting black nail polish on even though I wanted white.
Requested style: I got French tip nails. I never said what color, and he just started using black. Even when the “normal” color for French tips is white isn’t it?

I got my nails done here about 3 weeks ago and the set was beautiful. A guy did my nails and he did an amazing job. I walked in and was sat immediately and was started on. Got them done for prom and now I needed them redone. With my happy experience I came in around 3:30 today, it was very busy and a lady sat me down and started immediately. Yes, I love the way my nails turned out, I just got a basic almond short white nails, but there should be absolutely no reason why I have TWO cuts on two different fingers on each hand. She also left a paint on my fingers. I didn’t find these cuts until I washed my hands afterwards. (The soap made sure I knew they were there). She rushed through my set, I feel like if she spent a little more time on me, cuts and messiness wouldn’t have happened. My set costed $35 for a fill and I gave her a $50 and told her to keep the change. She did burn me a couple times when drilling off my old set, but of course she doesn’t know what I’m feeling. I’ve been getting my nails done for a couple years now and I have only been burned maybe 1-3 times over these years. It was 3-4 time just in this sitting. She was also very aggressive with the final brushing with the rough sponge looking thing. My fingers should not be throbbing for an hour after my service.
I am very disappointed with the treatment I received but my nails did turn out good. Hours after my set, I should not be in pain.

I’ve had some bad nails before but not like this… He filed down so far he almost went through my nails, my fingers were burning, the nails are lumpy, he over filed on one side with ever single nails, the acrylics are noticeably far from my cuticle, I have acrylic all over my fingers, the apex is way too high on a few of my nails and nonexistent on others. I was so upset I cried on my way to a different nail salon so they could get fixed

$17 for them to file, trim, cut my cuticles back, & paint my nails. No greeting from the tech when he was sitting down, nothing the whole time during the service, & nothing when he got up. He left to the back room as I sat there. It wasn't until another employee noticed I was checking my own nails that he said " I think your good" & have me a thumbs up that I even knew my service was complete. Not to mention he CUT my cuticle & caused it to bleed with no apology or anything. Use to be my favorite place. Unfortunately, after all this I have them my gift card & left. I will not be going back. And I'm not one to leave negative reviews but this was unacceptable in my book

Rachel slays at nails!! She's creative and quick while delivering great quality. My nails stayed perfect for two weeks, and I'm very hard on my nails.

They were happy to take my Facebook appointment! And even though they didn’t have hard gel, the acrylic I got is beautiful! The nail tech was clearly well trained and did an amazing job! The price was also lower than I’ve ever paid for what I got. So he got a big tip! I’ll be going back!

Top Nail is an outstanding nail salon in Oak Harbor. They are extremely clean and professional. I have been visiting Top Nail for 3 years and love their exceptional service. Quin is the lady that has helped me and her knowledge is phenomenal. All that work for Top Nail treat my husband, friends and myself like family. If you want an awesome foot massage, pedicure, manicure or whatever this is definitely worth your while. Top Nail is outstanding!
