Ernie needs to learn customer service BIG TIME. Extremely rude and not willing to give a good explanation of why my shipping charge increased by nearly$20. Told me to leave after shoving my package back at me. WILL NEVER go here again. Complaint filed with USPS inspector general.

Stood in line for over 30 minutes waiting on someone in front of the line shipping 20 international boxes when all I needed to do was scan a return. There needs to be a better flow for types of services
