Very aggravating as a handicapped person to not be able to utilize their drive-through window. They will have 3 or 4 people working the windows inside but no one available to work the drive-through. When I inquired they have no plans in the near future to open the drive-through window!

I'm not a customer but made a deposit into someone else's account. I initially was going to give a 1 star but the teller was pleasant if not completely truthful. I entered and she was helping someone. There were 2 guys jaw jacking which was fine, figured one would call me up momentarily. Didn't happen. They disappeared and the guy in front of me was taking a long time. I waited patiently for a LONG time and then mentioned to the teller that that was poor customer service. To have a teller look at you, see you and not say anything before disappearing. She went into the whole "gotta defend their actions" mode and told me they were working in the vault and it was a 2 person job that couldn't be halted in the middle. That's when I let her know that they didn't start the job until I had already been waiting in line. Bottom line, a little communication would have gone a long way. Even if one of the guys would have said something like "I just closed down my station, and and getting ready to start a project in the fault. Someone will be right with you." A little recognition goes a long way. Then when I mentioned it (in a very nice and professional manner) the right thing would have been to apologize and not try to defend their lack of customer service with an excuse. That just makes it worse. Anyway, not a big deal but needs to be brought to the managers attention so that it gets better in the future. That's all. ?? Have a great rest of your week!!

I will NEVER do business with this bank ever again! Believe it or not we got charged two late fees. One for $30 and another for $40 all because we paid our bill early and threw on a bonus interest charge. They did refund the $40 late fee and the interest charge but corporate policy somehow doesn't allow to refund more than one late fee. Even if it was technically not late. This isn't a rant on our local branch but of corporate policy.

I’m so disappointed with this bank!! Especially with the opening manager she was so rude & refused to help me. I had made an appointment weeks ago got a conformation # time & date. This morning when I arrived at 10:20a appt 10:30a the manager had just opened door for another so I asked her do I wait outside till appt or can I go inside she said no they are closed only one person working. I explained I had appt & never got a n email stating that there was a cancellation. She actually told me that she can’t help me & that she didn’t have time to. She also told me that I can look for another branch. When I told her that this was unacceptable that there was no notice of canceling & that this was urgent & why appointment was made due to me leaving town. She rudely said again that she didn’t have time & couldn’t help & proceeded to shut door. I had to drive all the way to Stanwood for help & luckily they scheduled me for appt at 12p which gave me enough time to get there. The employee Iris was awesome. She gets a 10/10 Oak Harbor -10 will not come back to this branch.

Closed the branch in Coupeville so have to drive into Oak Harbor (approx 20 miles). Drive through services are as fast as they can be depending how many people are in line. They say you can call and make an appt to see a banker, but no one answers the phone... hopefully they will hire someone to deal with phones soon.

The absolute worst customer service during CoVID crisis. I totally understand the need for social distancing but these guys are out of control. No inside service without appointment. They don't answer their appointment line!!! It takes the 15-20 minutes per person to help the drive thru customers which is atrocious when it's obvious there are 5 people working inside. They're just using this as a reason to be lazy. Never wanted to ditch a financial institution so badly.

Just took our parents to Wells Fargo Bank for some personal finances. We work with Brittany personal banker, she is GREAT with our parents. We spend about an hour or so with us, she was very patient and answer all our concerns and questions. She is awesome 80)!

Horrible service. I caught the personal banker providing incorrect information for me while calling another WF entity. When I confronted her, she lied to my face. I will never be a WF customer. Perhaps they can be re-reestablished in 2019?

Possibly the most friendly tellers ever, always helpful and smiling. This has to be one of the best branches of Wells Fargo out there. I know it's the best I've been to.
