Be ready to pay up. This store is taking full advantage.There are cheaper more community friendly places to shop.Certainly do not get a passport photo here...almost 19.00 for a 2 inch by 2 inch photo.

This is the second week I have had to get a prescription here for my husband. Elizabeth went out of her way to help me for the pharmacy that the prescription was called into did not have the product. We transferred it last week and had to go through some hoops today to get a refill. Exceptional service and so helpful! You feel like someone really cares and they are very busy but does not change how kind and helpful pharmacy staff is. Thank you!

The pharmacy here is very good: good consultation on interactions of over the counter medications. Full inventory of cold and allergy medications ( unlike Safeway across the street.) helpful staff on insurance paperwork !! And lots of Covid tests and covid / flu shots. A clean , well organized store !

I had a prescription that was sent to Walgreens early in the afternoon and went there in the evening. The lady who helped me was not friendly at all. She needed me to spell my last name 3 times and gave the impression she was irritated about being there with her tone of voice. She said they didn't receive the prescription. I went home and called the provider the next day in the morning and let them know what happened. Went back to Walgreens in the afternoon and I had the same lady with the same irritable tone. She said they still didn't receive the prescription. I offered to call the provider so we could resolve over the phone and then she told me to leave because she had other people to help. I would give 0 stars if I could.

They try but they are understaffed and don't hold regular prescriptions that another Walgreens would have.

Made an appointment online and even showed screenshot of completed appointment but they wouldn't give me my Covid test. Walgreens clearly has glitches in their system.

Literally 3 separate times today I was on hold waiting for the pharmacy, first time 30 minutes & I was like screw this.. I'll call back, probably busy around 3 PM... then again around 4 PM I was waiting for 45 minutes to talk to pharmacy. Got mad & hungup.... Ok well around 7 PM when I was sure they couldn't be that busy so late, I had my phone on hold for over an HOUR.... still no fucking answer

A great place if you want Auto- refill to not refill, ordered drugs to not show up, and to frequently not be able to get your regular medications. Luckily there are other pharmacies in town, and they seem to be able to manage prescription refills.

Brought a rx in to be filled. They couldn't fill both items (neither a narcotic or benzodiazepine). Without communicating that they wouldn't be able to fill both items right now they were only going to give my the one item and initially told me I couldn't have my paper script back. I had not touched or paid for the medication and wanted the whole prescription back to take somewhere else. They initially said no that when I found another place they would transfer the rx to the pharmacy of my choosing. I work in the medical field and used constantly take pharmacy related complaints regarding lost scripts, miscommunication between the provider and pharmacy. In the end I got my paper rx back. I would have appreciated knowing that the full script could not be filled in the beginning as I would not have wasted my time waiting. I will absolutely never frequent this Walgreens for pharmacy or other related needs.

We as a family and any group I have contact with will be informed of my decision and reason to no longer use or shop at Walgreens OH. My treatment at our local location has been so unbelievably negligent and finally, hostile, that we are DONE. My Rx I've had for over 15 yrs is a controlled substance. HOWEVER. At 1.5 mg/day I am far below the upper dosage of 4mg/day. This isn't even UP to a pharmacist; yet despite my PSYCHIATRIST of over 10 yrs repeatedly calling in my Rx it was held on THREE different refill occasions. We would call to see what the holdup was, were informed it was being filled (and pointedly told this was basically a favor, an "override" - of what? The DOCTOR'S Rx??????!), then a day later - still not filled. Repeat on two other occasions. FF to new antidepressant Rx. After a business WEEK of my insurance AND doc approving meds and supposedly everything is at Walgreens, on a Fri we are still without and get told everything should be fine. No Rx filled, but lots of updates in app like: no action needed, Rx being filled etc. So I end up going a full weekend w/o my antidepressants. Anyone that takes max dosage of these understands it's serious to miss 2 full days. Monday: "it's being filled." Okay. Then another call saying, "it's not covered because we can't fill fully TODAY. So pls pay $47 and we'll fill partial today then you can come back tomorrow and pay another $15 to fill the rest of your 30 day Rx." I'm furious, admittedly. So when I get this call and I clarify, "so what you're saying is because YOU don't have the ability to fill this Rx in full today I either have to choose to go without for ANOTHER day or my option is to pay you an additional $47, is this correct?" And I get YELLED at to the point I raise MY voice to tell them to "WATCH THE ATTITUDE, GOT IT?!" So then they call us back an hour later! Trying to make amends by saying they'll "help us out today by blah blah..." We simply said "No. We are done with you guys and your store." We literally have never been treated like this at a pharmacy, anywhere in the US. Our family will never support a "pharmacy" and a staff that would treat patients like this DESPITE their insurance cooperation and their doctor having to repeatedly get so involved. This place is DANGEROUS and incredibly RUDE and all about some weird power play. We suggest you let them have their jollies solo and instead find a GOOD and straightforward local pharmacy like Rite-Aid or Lind's.

This particular store has customer service problems. I had a prescription sent to this store, went to the pharmacy window as the clerk was finishing with another customer and she said to me, "be right back". 15 minuites later, no clerk and no service. Four employees behind the counter and when I said something to them, one of them looked up and shrugged. No service from any of them. It is no wonder the store was empty. Never shop there again.
