Whidbey Golf Club offers a 18‑hole course that plays beautifully in cool, mostly dry weather, with greens in great shape and excellent drainage. Even after rain, fairways hold well and the rain shadow effect keeps the course in good condition. The course is challenging but not long, requiring smart play. It is managed well with a great track and fast play, and easy access. Tee boxes feel like an after thought and are not level or well manicured, unlike the rest of the course. The pro shop brightens the day, and the chef prepares absolutely delicious meals at a fraction of the cost of other high‑end restaurants. Hands down the best conditioned course on Whidbey.
