The Gouda was one of the most exquisite cheeses I’ve had. Beautiful crystals and bursts of flavor in a creamy aged Gouda. The proprietor is a little rough around the edges-but make great cheese.

This was a fabulous pit stop for our family. The goats and Lacey the horse were friendly and so much fun. Jerry talked with our kids and made us feel so welcome. Of course we bought some soap and the frontage blanc was delicious! Can't wait to go back and get some more. This is an absolute must for all when visiting the area!! Keep supporting local!!

Go at your own risk. The proprietor of this business was not wearing a mask when he ushered us into the tiny shed that houses his cheese business. This was on June 27th when the State of Washington had a law in effect that required workers and customers to wear masks in places of business. We were masked in deference to his health.Nor was he in any way friendly as he left his yard to cross the driveway and unlock a small shed-like structure. He indicated that I had to join him in the small backroom to see what each cheese cost as he pulled pre -wrapped chunks out of a refrigerator. To do so, I would have had to get within a couple of feet of him.I nicely asked if he would be willing to back up to the extent he could, and he went off on a tirade. "Oh, you're one of those, eh? Well, I'm over 80 years old with pre-existing conditions, and I'm not going to..." (I admit my attention wandered here, as I weighed whether it was worth it to continue engaging with this man for a small hunk of cheese.) The gist of it was he clearly didn't care that his ongoing exposure to other customers might mean that he could damage our health, or even end our lives.I thought about walking out. But here we were with the cheese right there, so I responded diplomatically (feeling there was probably nothing I could say that was going to change his mind), paid for the cheese and got the heck out of there. As for the cheese. It's beautifully packed in wax, even though the wheel had been split into wedges. The cheddar is an undyed white and is salty with a nice rich flavor. They haven't solved the texture problem though. It's hard and crumbly, unlike store bought goat cheddar. I won't go back.

Pleasant, small working farm. Owner is an older farm worker and takes a little bit of warming up, but tells some pretty interesting stories about Long Beach and the animals on his farm.Pretty disappointed to see someone review twice with 1 stars, really great place to place.Make sure to buy some raw milk and cheese.

This place sells amazing home made goat cheese and soaps. Ring the bell and you will hear a loud buzzer that gets the farmer's attention. This is a very small business that makes a great product. It's definitely worth stopping by if you have some time when you are in the area. We even got to see the goats that made our chevre. It doesn't get more local than this. He will sell you a goat, too, if you're looking.

I received a flyer from local hotel. We drove over 30 min to visit this local place that was suppose to be a great atmosphere. The gentleman who helped us was judgemental and honestly rude. This was a tremendous let down. Our 4 year old was terribly excited and this was a big let down. While his animals were beautiful, the service was tremendous let down. We don't look like your average farm type but come from a home with lots of land appropriate for goats.Worst part is older couple that came after us was treated very well. There is no reason for way treated. BIG DISAPPOINT IN SOMEONE YOU WOULD THINK WOULD ENCOURAGE INTEREST IN GOATS AND HIS CRAFT.

Owner was very rude from the get go when I asked about purchasing a goat he said the prices varied and when it came down to it he refused to sell even going as far as ignoring me shutting a door in my face to show other customers goats that were not mentioned to us!!! I dont look like your average farmer but was not even questioned if I could care for a goat, I felt he was very judgemental and rude definitely not worth driving 30min out of our way to go see I was beyond disappointed
