“I love this place. I rent a storage unit here for years. Now I have a second for by business needs. They always give me a receipt or can email if necessary. I have also rented several u-hauls from this location. I find the staff helpful and pleasant. The u-haul has always been available when I get there and clean. They are really good about not charging for extra as long as gas mark is right and I don't leave a mess. Thank you for all you do, and being open when it was needed!!”

“Convenient yes ... Customer service? not so much ....yet space for the biggest vehicles ... Current situation is "not returning phone calls" I don't think they actually listen to messages. In answer to management ... I needed an answer to a question regarding dead batteries and options for getting help ... I left my number ... I visited your office several times in person ... Knocked on the doors during business hours, there was someone home but they ignored the knock. Being a customer and I left my name ... Between the name and a number ... And I never got any response ... I stand by my review.”
