“We moved to Washington a few years back and needed a local bank. Our boss suggested we try BOTP because he's been using them for years and says they're fantastic... they absolutely are! We have since moved all over the USA for work but have continued using BOTP as our primary bank. We had a couple of fraud charges and it was dealt with immediately. The local banks in Aberdeen/Ocean Shores are always super nice when we call and so is the customer service line. My only suggestion is the ability to lock/unlock your card from your app to stop your card being used unless you turn it "on".”

“I LOVE this bank. I moved from Timberland bank after years because their employees seemed to change on a monthly basis. Timberland never knew who I was .... Met me with indifference and seemed to think they were more in charge of MY money than I was! When I moved to 1st Security.... It was still Anchor Bank. Huge difference. For years it stayed the same employees....they all knew my name when I walked in the door. I have seen changes recently..... it seems to be turning into my Timberland experience.... I really hope not. Ppl come and go .... I get it - but when they leave all at once ..... it's usually an upper management suit screwing up the harmony. I hope that's not the case ....”
