Positivity one of the best businesses I've ever dealt with! Great management team of wife and husband really care; it shows and you can feel it. Super secure, clean and well maintained. CC cameras are vigilantly monitored and almost every time I visit my unit I get a warm welcome and they check in with me to make sure that all is well.

Not only is this the best storage in Ocean Shores, it is by far the best privately owned storage company I've ever used in 30 years of having a storage unit. The owners go above and beyond to keep the units and grounds maintained as well as caring about the tenants and their belongings. Frequently there is a waitlist but it is definitely worth it for professional and courteous management.

The owners keep everything so clean and Tidy. Nothing in our unit has ever molded and mice/pest problems. They have always worked with us, even if we were going to be late on a payment. Waiting for a unit takes a while because of how well kept this place is but it is definitely worth it!! They even offered to help us unload and always ask if everything is ok or if we need anything. They are an amazing husband and wife team!!!!!! Have been using them for 3 years and always recommend them. Expecting a unit immediately is not going to happen. They have to wait til someone vacates a unit inorder to have 1 available, and because of how amazing they are most of do not want to vacate our units. If anyone thinks they are rude, mean or otherwise negative maybe they should reevaluate how they talk to them, a d people in general, and their situation at the storage facility.

My girlfriend has a storage unit for years here and I am always impressed that whenever she sends me to pickup something there is always somebody form the staff to check me - a stranger here. Very vigilant!

When checking out any spaces available, woman very curt and rude. Would not do business with them even if space became available.
