Got an appointment for a new puppy much quicker than I expected. Vet was professional, explained things well, and the price wasn't horrible. (Vet care all over western Washington is ridiculously expensive)

I can’t say enough good things about Ocean Shores Animal Hospital. The share genuine compassion not only to the animal but pets owners. Fairly priced and top notch service.

We were thrilled to find this local Vet in our new little hometown!Dr. Lake and his Techs are top-notch caregivers and some of the warmest and kindest animal professionals we have encountered. The front office staff is always welcoming and helpful.Shortly after we moved here, our 10-year-old Bulldog became severely and terminally ill. OS Animal Hospital went above and beyond in their treatment of him. The care we received was thorough, thoughtful, and compassionate. They truly care about the animals and their owners and we are fortunate to have them here for our pets.

We are new to the OS area and we are very pleased with the Dr and all the staff at this office. We have many fur babies senior fur babies that will be regular patients here. We are very happy there is a wonderful vets office right in OS to take all of our fur babies to.

We received excellent care for my dog Abby today from Dr.Arnold and vet tech as well as front desk :) Abby had her annual exam plus her rabies shot. She also received her Cytopoint Injection which helps to decrease her skin allergies and irritation she has to dirt and dander. I also saw her name on the board welcoming her to clinic today which was so SWEET, IT shows they go the extra step to care for our pets!!

This place has seriously flawed business practices. It's all about money and not the pet. A few weeks ago the previous owners of my dog took him for a well check at this clinic. When I called them to get a Bravecto prescription they said that I would need a whole new visit because of a "client change". As soon as I told them the name of who I adoped from the receptionist deleted the dog from their file. Thus making him and me new clients. Makes me sick!

Trimmed our cats nails without asking and then when we took her into the Vet "Hospital" they said no emergencies and that we had to make an appointment but made no effort to get us in asap

If I could rate this place a zero stars I would. We have been in a whirlwind with our rescue dog and dental work needed to be done. Once we got there, we were treated as if we did something SO wrong because we wanted to move forward with the surgery that they told us they would do. We were told the risks, we understood, but couldn't stand to see our dog in so much pain. Emotions are already high when you have to bring a dog to surgery. Not only did they essentially refuse to do the surgery (which wasn't the problem) it was the way they approached us with no empathy, rudeness, and ultimately un-professionalism. If they didn't want to do the surgery, they should've called and canceled if it caused so much agony for them and opened that space for another patient. But no, instead they wanted us to come to essentially de-humanize us a pet parents for wanting to try to help our dog. Oh, and also charged us EVEN MORE.
