Other available moving day tool include shipping boxes and moving supplies and U‑Box containers via online reservation. Friendly staff answered all question and provided great customer service. The truck was clean and ready when arrived. return experience is tricky; return use left of the business and leave key with hotel reception. Mobile return took longer and required a lot of picture.

We returned it via mobile and it took longer than just speaking to someone. There was a lot of pictures required. Not my favorite way to return a U-Haul.
