Love this USPS, have never lost one of my packages the I have sent or received.Packages I send out always arrive to my customers faster then they expect. And that alone, I appreciate!

I send mail to relatives and sometimes they forward it and sometimes they don’t even though it is the SAME person every time. So what’s the problem with forwarding it instead of sending it back to me. Especially since population there is so small. If you forward it once why can’t you do again. The post office should be more consistant

Getting packages delivered is a joke. If it doesn't fit in your mailbox, you won't get it if it comes via USPS in ocean shores.

They have started marking packages as delivered, while retaining the packages for pickup. Several days after they list items as delivered, they then drop a pickup slip in your mailbox with a date backdated. Before that the issue was our packages would on occasion be delivered to to a house with the same street number but a completely different street. It happened enough times that we now just exchange packages with each other. The individual drivers all seem nice but our post office has major problems.

Veteran, 23 years served, 3 combat tours. Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced nationally!! Specifically the contracted mail carrier, does what she wants to do, (KATHY). I recently bought a home and had to purchase a mail box due to no box present for deliveries. I did process Pre-dig protocols and was given instructions that deferred from my local mail carrier. That's the twist regarding my interaction.Jezica had a Mental rant with me as well, O cean Shores needs to replace the current Post Master to get more control.POOR Grade!

This is not a 5 star review. This would be a minus zero if I could rate it that low. The employees seem to dislike their job because apparently if they have a busy day it justifies mis delivering packages, treating their customers rude and playing games with your mail. Their is an employee named Kelly that feels like she doesn't have to answer to anyone. She can break policy, and by doing that mis deliver your package. She has the attitude of someone who has nothing to worry about. Reason being the post master doesn't reprimand or have any consequences for poor performance and customer service. She will lie to your face and offer zero help with filing a claim, offers no instructions on what to do when your package gets delivered to the wrong person. I feel if it's their fault you didn't get your item they should be the ones to process the claim and have to put effort into getting you reimbursed for their mistake. Maybe they would take care in making sure they are not giving your package to the wrong person. Kelly needs to step down and let someone who takes pride in their work take over. I could do your job with my eyes closed Kelly. You are not irreplaceable. Put all your things in the box to the left Kelly and be mature enough to admit you clearly hate your job or life. Not sure what one. And it shows to everyone who has to interact with you from day to day. Do us all a favor and get a night audit job at a hotel so people don't have to be slapped in the face with you undesirable attitude. I will change this to 5 stars if you take this advice.

They keep delivering my packages to my store at 5am. When the mall doesn’t open until 10am.

My new post office in Ocean Shores has great customer service. They are so friendly and helpful. I had several orders today that would have been returned but the post office held them and delivered to my PO Box.

Mr. Atwood the postmaster was very arrogant and unprofessional when I asked for his help in getting packages delivered to the remote area I live in. I feel for all the employees that have to work under him and hope changes are made in management.

This post office has a few good people at the counter. But the mail carriers (contractors) lose mail and they leave it in other mailboxes. This locations needs a complete overhaul. Sad to say the least. And don't wait around for a call back. It will never happen.

They create their own rules when they don't want to deliver. When they get called out they lie and try to make the customers think they were at fault. Retaliation is normal after you complain.

I have always had friendly and knowledgeable service. I have nothing but good things to say about the crew there. For package pickups, they know my box number by just seeing me holding a yellow slip. The charms of small community living.

Generally fast clerks and haven't received anyone else's mail like I did at my last PO box. There's not a self-service machine and the PO has short hours. Would scream for joy if they'd put a self-service machine in here.

Recently I sent a box to San Diego, and Ocean Shores postal services sent it to Florida! Very careless! The package arrived at California two days late, after I spent much time on the phone tracking it through their 1-800 number. The package was ripped open with many items soaking wet. I am so frustrated. Filling out a couple formal complaints. This is ridiculous. Looks like it's UPS for me from now on.

I can only speak for customer service in the office, as my mail delivery has only just begun. But, I have to tell you, so far my experience is absolutely amazing, and why I find some of the scathing reviews a bit perplexing. I have had quite a chaotic experience getting set up since moving here through no fault of theirs. Every step of the way Kelly, Jessica, and a young man who's name I am unsure of, have been nothing but kind, and extended me courteous considerations due to what was out of my control as well. They always meet me with a smile, say hello, and actually seem genuinely concerned about figuring out the issue, and the difficulties surrounding finding my mail, and getting my mailbox in for weeks now. Also things are done a bit differently here than where I came from, and they have not gotten exacerbated, or made me feel uncomfortable as I'm trying to kind my way with the newness of it all, and instead have treated me with great patience and understanding. Moving is a very difficult thing at any age, but I think especially when your just this side of 60, and don't really know a soul. I for one can't tell you how grateful, and appreciative I am that whether they know it or not, they were actually the biggest day brightener those first few extremely stressful weeks. :)
