“My son and I were on a motorcycle trip enroute to Alaska and a part on his bike failed in Omak. I tried every single auto parts store and hardware store within 30 miles and no one had anything useful nor did they act as if they wanted to help. The fellow who was at the counter at Motion Auto (I don’t recall his name) was very patient and helpful AND he directed me to a part that got us back on the road with a very minor mod to the bike. The substitute part lasted our entire trip to Anchorage and back and I’m pretty sure it’s an improvement over the factory part. He saved our trip!”

“Headed out for some camping and the dreaded warning light came on. Manager of store came out immediately with his OBD2 scanner and diagnosed a catalytic converter problem. He recommended a product called CataClean. I was skeptical, but it worked like a charm - warning light gone. Many thanks for the prompt, friendly service (even though he was one employee short at the time) and the on-the-spot suggestion to try the suggested fix. Thanks for everything! Cheers.”

“I had my oil changed. I was very pleased at the job they did. They were courteous, kind and did exactly what they were supposed to. When I asked them if they could show me the oil was full. They went out of their way with kindness to show me. They have my business next year”

“I love Byrd's. I've been to big name pick n pulls and what not. They're expensive and the workers just work there... At Byrd's you get the family like hospitality. I went in needed apart and the guys showed me where it was. I pulled the part. Looks at some of the cars they have and some are mint... Wish I could just take them home haha. But the prices are amazing. 35$ for a whole knuckle... Online they are up to 80-120$... Even tossed a new bearing in it that I brought. Super cool guys!”
