“***Update to my last review. I had Sage frame two pieces of artwork for me after he did such a wonderful job on the repair I noted in my original review. I can say that his framing work is beautiful! He is an artist in addition to being a certified framer! His artist eye and attention to detail assure an end result that will be beautiful and a piece of work you will be proud to display. His prices are competitive with the big box framing stores and his customer service exceeds anything I have ever experienced in one of those establishments. The turnaround time was reasonable given the level of attention and detail he applies to each project. I was so happy with the framing; the artwork looks so beautiful! I highly recommend Sage for any framing related needs you may have!Sage was wonderful to work with! He was able to fix a damaged frame and it looks just like new! He prices are reasonable, the craftsmanship excellent, and the repair time was much quicker than I would have anticipated. I highly recommend Viridian Picture Framing!”

“My husband and I had a wonderful experience here! Incredibly kind staff and feels like a welcoming community center. Great variety of supplies, definitely a better variety and better deals on sheet glass than at a big box craft store that doesn’t care about you or your project. The woman who helped us was so enthusiastic and interested to hear about my husband’s new journey with teaching himself stained glass and she was knowledgeable about supplies and classes the shop features. Plus there’s gorgeous art featured all over the shop — the woman who helped us was casually putting together some stunning artwork while we chatted! We live about 1 1/2 hours away but already agree we’ll be back!”

“This is such a lovely place to walk around and look for plants. There is such a vast variety to choose from. There is a lot of garden art and the way the place is set up it is a bonus to be able to walk around and look at the different areas while buying plants. We've purchased a few apple trees, a plum tree and some flowers and they have all done very well. I also think there prices are better then Home Depot. I look forward to shopping for more plants in the future.”

“I've never done paint pouring before but it was really cool. My parents, 2 friends of mine and I went. Dana was super kind and friendly. She talked us through the process. There are a few different ways to pour your paint and she demoed one for us.For the process, you get to pick your colors, as many as you want then you go over to your table and you pour and tilt your canvas. As needed she will remove paint boogers and torch your painting to pop air bubbles. It's amazing to see how the paint layers turn into a unique, one of a kind artwork. At the end you take your pieces home in a pizza box. It's easy and you don't even have to worry about the clean up afterwards!10/10, would pour again”

“A charming community art gallery in a historic building- there's a local history museum on the second floor. Staffed by friendly volunteers, most of them the artists themselves. See a variety of media for sale at reasonable prices.Port Orchard was and still is a mosquito fleet ferry landing- the museum has a display about the mosquito fleet. The museum is free, by the way.”

“I love this shop so much! The owners are lovely and go above and beyond every time. Most recently, I stopped in to find a small gift for participants of a class I was teaching on Christmas Day. I had a small budget to work with, but they helped me find the perfect gifts and wrapped them so beautifully, making them truly special. The recipients were beyond thrilled with them.”

“This organization is working to serve a diverse community. Sometimes classes don't run for lack of enrollment, which is disappointing. When it's good, it's great.”

“I recently revisited here as I had worked there before the new ownership. I had him frame my son's bachelor degree from University of Puget Sound. Great work, and fair price.”
