I had the pleasure of living at the 8Hundred West Apartment complex, and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the helpfulness, responsiveness, and professionalism of the staff. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure that everything was in order.
The apartment itself was spacious and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed to feel comfortable and at home. The location in West Olympia is perfect for anyone who enjoys a peaceful neighborhood that still offers quick access to shopping, dining, and outdoor activities.
I ultimately had to relocate due to work-related needs for my family, but if that wasn’t the case, I would have happily continued living at 8Hundred West. I can confidently say that this is one of the best living options in West Olympia, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

I wanna start off by saying Cordale is an amazing person and fantastic maintenance man. If it wasn’t for him I honestly would have nothing positive to say. I lived in 8 hundred west for over a year and was well welcome by Cordale and Christine. Unfortunately things turned around once JOSIAH became assistant manager. I was charged extra amount of fees for moving out that does not make sense I EVEN spoke with maintenance and was told half the things I was charged for also didn’t make SENSE! I also moved out of the apartments over a month ago and still have not been giving my move out papers or even been CONTACTED about anything it’s been a month and there are new people moved into the apartment already! Also me stating that I was uncomfortable with JOSIAH and personally did not want to deal with him and my moving out situation I was still told that he would be doing my inspection with someone else turns out Josiah did the inspection by himself. I tried to give this the property a chance and wasn’t going to leave the review but quite honestly why give respect to a company that clearly doesn’t respect you at all. I wanna say thank you to Cordale for helping me with this situation and trying to figure everything out for me but as his title of being a maintenance man he sure in hell deserves a raise.

We just moved in this week but have had nothing but a good experience. This is mine and my partners first apartment and specifically, Josiah who works in the leasing office has been such a delight. This apartment complex is very open about all the good and the bad so there is nothing hidden. The community seems very clean and welcoming when compared to other apartment complex’s in the area. Overall i would high recommend checking 8 hundred west out, and think you should consider getting an appointment with Josiah Dunken.

Wonderful signing experience. This was my first apartment out of college and Josiah was a great help in the signing process. Apartments are beautiful and are conveniently 5 minutes away from a large array of food, groceries, department stores, and other shopping centers.

Awesome complex! Free parking option, security gate, quiet, close to everything, beautiful affordable large apartments (especially the kitchens). Fantastic housing option on Olympia’s west side

Peaceful, gated, well maintained and the staff is friendly and responsive. It's also in a good location close to the highway, shopping and restaurants. Great place!

I have to be honest that conditions here faltered during the COVID-19 pandemic. The one positive and stable element during that time was Cordale--a fantastic, friendly, responsive maintenance mechanic who goes over and above. Cordale has been joined by Christina, the new property manager. Since she joined the team, she has turned this place around: the security gate works again, issues with cigarette and pot smoke (no-no's in a completely no smoking complex) are being proactively addressed, puppy poo owner clean-up is being required, and family-friendly community-building events are being held. It is delightful to see folks mingling, chatting, playing, laughing and getting to know one another. Thank you, Christina and Cordale, for going the extra distance to make this a welcoming and safe community,

I am going into my 3rd year at 8hundred West and absolutely love living here. Management is on top of things and maintenance is quick to respond to any issues I’ve encountered, the grounds are kept clean and well maintained and I feel an extra sense of security with the gated community.
