I have moved all across the U.S. and internationally my entire life. Able Moving is, hands down, the best moving company I have ever dealt with. This is a family owned business so they keep tight control over their people and delivery of services. I’ve used them three times so far. I have never had a single item broken or damaged at all. Able Moving has never damaged any wall in either of the two houses we moved to. The quality of handling and care is extraordinary. I also want to mention their u packing services are a lifesaver. Not only are they careful unpacking every item you have moved but they are also excellent organizers. They organized all my property 20 times better than I could have done for myself. Thank you Able Moving! I wish I could give you 10 stars! ⭐️

Super kind people. Unfortunately I would not recommend them for anything beyond a short, local move. The damage to my property in a cross country move was completely due to negligence of the movers who didn't wrap my furniture. When I talked to them the blame was placed on me and/or others. No responsibility taken by them which is so disappointing.

Able Moving has been great for home moves but also workplace organizational tasks.
I have been using Able Moving for four years now. I was referred to them by a friend when we needed to move houses. They were incredibly efficient and easy to work with, so much so that I requested their services for my workplace. Each year, we rely on them for year-end storage of files and to remove items we no longer need. They are prompt, gracious, willing to tackle hard work, and follow direction well. They have truly made all the difference in tackling what can be an overwhelming task. I can't say enough good things about this family-owned business.

We just hired Able Moving to do a house to house move and they are one of the best movers I've ever worked with. They showed up on time, worked hard, worked efficiently, and were incredibly friendly. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs to move in the Olympia area.

Angela was wonderful and Brandon and his crew treated me like they'd known me for years and they took great care in moving my mother's belongings from her home into her assisted living apartment. They understood my feelings and were very sympathetic with this emotional situation. Not only that, they never hesitated to make sure that my every wish was met. I definitely recommend ABLE MOVING, INC. and will use them again, if needed.

I highly recommend Able Moving company in Olympia, WA. They are family owned, very professional, personable, and communicated efficiently during every step of the process. They were hired to pack and move my daughter’s 2-bedroom condo from Puyallup, WA to Long Beach, WA. The process took 3 days. On day 1, 3 packers arrived on time and were ready to work. They were professional, efficient, and always friendly and polite. They took care in wrapping and packing all of her household items, paying special attention to the fragile items. Packing took 6-1/2 total (4 hours on day 1; 2-1/2 hours on day 2). A 3-man moving crew arrived on Day 2 and immediately began loading the truck while packing was being finalized. Again, the employees were professional, efficient, friendly, and always polite. They were done loading in about 4 hours. They transported the items on day 3 with the same timeliness, professionalism, efficiency, politeness, and friendliness we had experienced the previous 2 days. The moving crew even went above and beyond in several different ways such as offering a disposal service for items that weren't being moved/left behind (additional fee) and helping to unload my car of the perishables and personal items that were not in the moving truck upon arrival at the end destination. In receiving the initial bid, Angela was very up front on how all costs/fees were calculated (such as exclusion of lunch breaks). It was very clear that the bid was an estimate, and when more boxes were required for packing, the increase of cost was discussed upfront. Even though boxes continue to be unpacked (over 250 boxes were packed), nothing has yet been found to be broken. Amazing with a long-distance move. I would personally use Able Movers again, and I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family. I am so grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and services.

Overall, we had a successful move from our apartment complex in Lacey to our new home in Puyallup. However, I would not recommend Able Moving. They originally quoted us almost half of the amount that we were actually charged, so we were taken aback on moving day when it nearly doubled in price. The reason for this was largely due to the fact that we had more boxes than I said we would have (an honest mistake), but the most frustrating part was the amount of wasted time we were expected to pay - the movers arrived late as they were not given the correct directions from the estimator and went to the complex across the street (spent 15 mins driving around) and they took a 1.5 hr lunch break that we also had to pay for. When I voiced these concerns with the owner, she was receptive to the feedback, which I appreciated. The movers themselves were hard working, fast, and respectful. There were some positives and negatives to the experience and I think the company is doing their best, but be prepared to spend more than you are quoted. We will not be using Able Moving again because of this.

Reasonably priced and “you get what you pay for” quality of service. My experience with Able Moving was generally pretty decent. Customer service and communication were great, and the moving team was efficient and professional. I would have liked them to show a little more care with some of the more important pieces of furniture, but the only notable damage was a minor scrape on the living room wall. The only real complaint I have is that they did a poor job of reassembling some of the furniture they had to take apart, so I would be wary of having them do that again. They did a decent job otherwise and I would recommend them to anyone doing small (studio/1br) moves with light or easy to reassemble furniture.
