I was at the store for at least 30 minutes, but one came and ask me if I need help. There were 3 salespeople and it was not busy at all. Bad costumer service. Not going back to that store ever again.

One of my favorite places to shop they are requiring masks at this time it is always clean organized and all of the merchandise is visible and you can picture it on yourself they try on room was open when I was there I got 2 great pieces and they were nice pants for work

Stopped in on a whim for a couple items for my daughter. Kristen (I hope I got that right) was absolutely amazing. Not only was she pleasant, but knowledgeable about what they carried in store and found the perfect piece to complete my daughter's look. Given the state of things with COVID and trying to get back to normal, it was refreshing to encounter such a sweet person that seems to genuinely enjoy their job. I didnt know my daughter was able to fit AE sizes, but now that I do, we'll definitely be back.

The service provided by Danielle in Olympia, Wa was excellent! She went above and beyond. I felt like I had a personal shopper for my child. She asked my child the type of clothes that they liked and she went around the store asking my child if they liked this or that and had their arms full of clothes to try in less than 5 minutes. She then proceeded to check in on my child and bring additional offerings for them to try. the best customer service I have ever experienced!

I’m giving two stars because sales staff was very polite and helpful, the manager however was not. He was not very kind at all. Having to take things in for exchange make me anxious to begin with and he made it even more unpleasant for me.

False advertising! I grabbed a pair of jeans in the 60 % rack, then when I go pay the lady tells me, "you get a discount but not 60%." What kind of mess is that? I asked why they put something in the discount rack if it's not so? She said, it's in the small print. I couldn't read the small print as the sign is hanging. Lost all respect for that store/brand.
