Upgraded to a new iPhone. Due to “system issues” my upgrade took over four hours of my day. After all that I get a call an hour later while I’m about to leave town that the store representative has processed my transaction incorrectly and even though I had already paid and he told me I was all done he threatened me that if I didn’t return to the store so he could fix his system issue he would ensure I got charged the full invoice price of the phone which is over $1000, so I come back end he offers me a $100 bill credit for my inconvenience which I appreciated, he even said he already emailed his supervisor to get the credit and it will be on my next bill. I just called to inquire and was told there is nothing that can be done and to “try to have a better day.” Don’t shop here!

I spoke with Corey today, he was able to assist me with upgrading my iCloud memory. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Great customer service and an asset to your store. He deserves recognition and rewards

Thank you Skylar for helping us with upgrading our phone! She is very friendly and knowledgeable. Our last store associate at the Marvin Rd messed up our account but she was very honest with everything. She answered all our questions and was assisted as soon as we walked in. We drove a bit further but it goes to show that this ATT location is worth the drive

I stopped into the store to get some information on upgrading our phones and adding two more phones to our plan. The dark haired, bearded representative was visibly displeased with us coming in a half hour before the store closed. He encouraged us to leave because his safe was locked. When my partner asked me, why we keep giving them our business when we are treated so rudely when we come in. We were told to shop elsewhere.We are!

Wow, we had a problem at this store with ordering a phone to pick up at this store. Stopped in to pick it up after getting notification it was ready. The person working had a lot of people wanting his attention and was handling it well, we waited almost 45 minutes he could not find the phone said he would figure it out and contact us along with a $30 credit for the problem. That service is 5 star. Later the order was canceled at closing time, I called back the next morning to find out what happened the person I spoke with was very rude and hung up on me. Not sure what happened but they may need some more training.
