Why do our tax dollars go to fund these money pit government agencies that do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO PROTECT THE CONSUMER and businesses that operate here know it!I filed a complaint with the AG office regarding continued harassment by Ziply fiber to upgrade . . . I'm talking daily calls with follow up emails threatening they are discontinuing my current service and I had to upgrade with new install, etc., etc. When I already knew I didn't have to, I had already contacted Ziply Customer Service about the matter and they assured me that no one else would call . . . yeah right.Anyhow, here is the AG bull---- response to my complaint: "The Consumer Resource Center of the Attorney General's Office received the enclosed response from Ziply Fiber Frontier Communications regarding the consumer complaint you filed with our office.We realize you may not consider this response a satisfactory resolution to your complaint; however, the Consumer Resource Center CANNOT COMPEL a business to respond or to make an adjustment in resolution of a dispute. Your complaint has been closed accordingly.We regret that we are unable to provide further assistance to you regarding this complaint. If you would like to pursue the matter further, you may wish to contact a private attorney."So not only will they NOT curtail manipulative business practices, they recommend the consumer to hire a high priced private attorney to get results? Why do we continue to pass ridiculous laws when none of our current laws are enforceable? Then we wonder why people that commit illegal acts aren't afraid of repercussion, it's because there isn't any. So businesses can spam, scam, harass and be as aggressive as they like, because the AG is sleeping with the enemy!Seriously, I can't believe our tax dollars go to a slush office . . . way to go Bob Ferguson~ and he wants to be voted in as Governor . . . look out citizens of WA state.

Called for information on how to file a complaint against a contractor that refused to return my money that he was overpaid for work that he performed and the staff was prompt and courteous. They were knowledgeable about the process and I will use this office again if necessary. Thank you Mr. Ferguson for a competent and professional staff. Keep up the excellent work.

I have been on Facebook for over ten years now and I have always had a problem with them they write nasty notes to me when playing poker they wont pay up,they have even stole money out of my account and I thought that was taken care of but it never was because they did it again, when I win they give the chips to other players and ignore the fact that I was the winner. It does no good to talk to them they just cut me off completely and I'm getting fed up with the whole thing I would go to some other site to play poker but I always have a hard time getting on. You helped me before but as soon as I got back on it started all over again.
