“My wife, Annette, brought our 2013 Tesla model S to Olympia Autoworks after having a poor experience with one of the Tesla service centers who stated they fixed the issues with the car, and charged us, but they had not. After My wife had done some research online to find someone local, she came across Olympia Autoworks. She reached out to them and shared her experience she had with the Tesla service center and took our car to have it diagnosed. Olympia Autoworks was able to diagnose the issue and in addition to that had found other safety concerns that had not been addressed by the Tesla service center. Olympia Autoworks was the only shop that was able to diagnose all the issues and fix the car. We are so appreciative of their transparency and honesty and the work they did on our Tesla and we would recommend anyone who has a Tesla to take it to Olympia Autoworks! You will have someone who cares about your vehicle and your safety and has mechanics there that are rated to work on electric vehicles. My wife and I feel fortunate that we will not have to take our Tesla back to a Tesla service center for repairs now that we found this fantastic auto repair shop in Olympia.”

“Thank you SO much Victor for all your help!! Our car was coming back from the Gorge after that crazy storm and hit a construction plate on the road which damaged some components under our vehicle.
Needless to say we were freaking out, but I called Victor and he said he would get it done. A few hours later and he did just that! The car runs better than before which is amazing!! He was missing a person too but still is dedicated to his craft, I highly recommend this shop. 10/10 thank you again!”

“We brought in an inherited Corvair. It proved to have many custom parts which made it difficult to diagnose and repair. The car was kept in his shop for months while he tried to get to the bottom of the issues. He lost a lot of potential money by not being able to bring other vehicles to work on. We eventually insisted he not spend any more time on it and that we would track down replacement parts ourselves. He would not take a cent for all his trouble and when we tried to pay for the tow when it finally came home he would not allow it. This guy has a great reputation in town, which is why we chose him. This was the only vehicle in his career which he wasn't able to diagnose, but that's due to it's highly customized nature. I have no doubt he would have eventually found the problem, but we're not going to let the guy go broke doing so. He's a stand-up guy and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to bring my other vehicles in for him to repair.”
