Trade in offers, send pics and details. And get a price. Just like selling to carvana. But no lo balling. You. A real fair trade in value.
They had the usual options. Financing warranty’s. But nobody pushed it on me. I’ve been in car business 30 years. A great dealership. Can always get you approved with the best rate. Because they have access to all the lenders. And warranty’s. The average person should buy an extended piece of mind. I didn’t because I only keep my car until the factory warranty runs out. But imagine having to pay $150 hr. For repairs. And most warranty’s are transferable. Some if you don’t use it. Get a prorated refund.
These guys also gave me some bonus. Ford warranty. On a Mazda. Certified ford program.
150 point inspection.
Full tank of gas.
And 14 day refund if I don’t like the car.
Seriously. And some bonus ford points. For my ford app.
They seriously had like 700 vehicles to choose from.
I give them 5 stars. I would give them 6
If they would have thrown in a spare key. Weather tech floor mats. And phone holder.

“Excellent interaction involving respectful staff, transparent and honest process, timely communications, and reasonable negotiations. No surprises, no upsells, no pressure, and no stress. My buying experience working with these guys was night and day different (better) than with several other dealerships in the state.”
“We brought in an inherited Corvair. It proved to have many custom parts which made it difficult to diagnose and repair. The car was kept in his shop for months while he tried to get to the bottom of the issues. He lost a lot of potential money by not being able to bring other vehicles to work on. We eventually insisted he not spend any more time on it and that we would track down replacement parts ourselves. He would not take a cent for all his trouble and when we tried to pay for the tow when it finally came home he would not allow it. This guy has a great reputation in town, which is why we chose him. This was the only vehicle in his career which he wasn't able to diagnose, but that's due to it's highly customized nature. I have no doubt he would have eventually found the problem, but we're not going to let the guy go broke doing so. He's a stand-up guy and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to bring my other vehicles in for him to repair.”
