I love me some BABW! This store is nice and clean, the employees are always helpful and polite. I wish they would keep more stock of the latest items but it’s understandable they sell out so fast, the store is always so decorative to season I love this store.

I visited during the winter SAS. The store had a great selection and was well stocked. All of the employees were nice enough and rather helpful.

For anyone visiting, the google maps location in Capital Mall is inaccurate, This store is next to Dick's Sporting goods and Verizon. I was there today and couldn't find it, called the store and they helped me with the info to get there. I have submitted an edit on Google maps to fix this for fellow Olympians and it should be fixed in a day or two..

This store location was very welcoming to both customers and staff alike. I’m beyond grateful to met all those beautiful souls and made friendships with so many others along the way. It is a blessing to say the least, to have had the opportunity to work at this location with everyone. I will never forget the experience and memories shared here. Not to mention the tremendous amount of support between everyone. Each and everyone involved at this location is attentive, caring, and respectful. Among other descriptions of admirations. (I could write a whole book quite literally.) I will take with me the guidance back to my hometown in texas. Begin with teaching others how to professionally engage with customers in formal way; without being overbearing. I can say I did have fun being both cashier and front of shop. Thank you for choosing me to be part of your team. It was truly an honor to work with you all. I hope to come back and visit everyone again maybe next year. (If some of you are leaving this location before I see you again. Know this, I wish you all the blessings on your next adventure! I know you will have many great achievements in this lifetime!) until next time!!

I went into this bath and body works today to use a free item coupon I recieved in the mail. As I was looking around one of the workers named Jean kept running into me while helping another customer and not even apologized after doing so. After picking out my free item I was in line waiting and there was a huge line! There was 2 employees at the front of the store and a manager walking around and no one was going up to ring this huge line. Once I got up to the line I told Jean that I wanted to use a product as a free item and she told me to put my number in and I told her no thank you. She then proceeded to tell me that in order to get the free item that was a coupon in mail I had to put in my number. I told her that I did not have to do that and told her it was a coupon in the mail and she then proceeded to state that I was using someone else's and I told her no. My sister that was with me told her she used to work at a bbw and that is not how it works and the cashier Jean stopped talking. I don't know if she does this to get sign ups or what but it was extremely unprofessional and rude.

The bath and body work at Capital Mall is where I do my shopping for candles and body spray. They have a large selection of body care and hand soaps, and candles.

Walked in with my wife and kid... there was a manager going through an employee's purse as they were leaving ensuring they didn't steal items before going on a break or leaving work.That is a toxic work environment if they do this. Wouldn't recommend shopping here. We simply apologized to the employee and turned around and left. If you can't trust your employees do not hire them. This shouldn't be okay. Terrible management / ownership policy.I'll take my business elsewhere and you should too!

Didn't even bother trying to shop after walking around the store obviously lost while the girl working ignored me while drinking her coffee. Was totally ignored, couldn't figure out what anything was due to packaging all looking exactly the same. Not good customer service.
