Absolutely the worst. Sold me two bad car batteries, which would not work in my car. Insisted the batteries were good just as I insisted I had to tow the car twice. They refused to provide a refund and argued with me as the customer, and would not provide any satisfaction. I will next take this to the attorney general to address fraudulent sales practices.

I took my older iPhone in for a replacement battery. The battery was replaced quickly, the clerk was helpful and it was reasonably priced.

Called ahead to get a quote on fixing my iPhone charging port, which had recently stopped allowing for a charge on my phone. They gave me a reasonable quote, I came in and was helped right away. When my phone was returned to me in about 10 minutes I was told that it was just dirty and no hardware was required like they thought might be the case. Gave me phone back and said there was no charge for the cleaning that fixed the problem.

Purchased two batteries for my truck in 2021 from the Olympia Batteries Plus. Started having problems with them in 2022, they checked them and said they were ok. Batteries continued drain down and had them checked by them again in October 2023, they said the batteries are bad and needed to be replaced. When I asked about the warranty they checked the labels and said they were their batteries but from 2012. It appears that one of their staff sold me some 9 year old take-outs. Management refused to address issue.

I didn't realize that this store has car batteries, until mine died while we were shopping at the hardware store, next door. I had just been in for service at a dealer too, so it was a big surprise. We were directed to this store, and they were extremely helpful. They offered to loan us tools to take our battery out and replace it, but then the sales guy just walked over to our car, and jump started it. Then we were able to drive over to their service bay, and he replaced it for us. I didn't know that they had a work shop in the back. I was so grateful, they saved our day. Thanks!

Needed a battery for my vehicle and was able to get it ordered and installed the next day! The Install was super fast and the service technician Joe was very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. Was also able to fix a small issue with my vehicle and got me back on the road in no time. Highly Recommended!! Great Value also!!

I ordered battery online for in-store pickup. Was left message next day telling me they would have to order my battery but they had a $200 more expensive battery available for pickup and to please call them back. I work 7am-7pm with no access to a phone so couldn't call back. Then three days later I get a email informing me my battery is ready for pickup, Great. I show up to store and am informed that the email is a corporate glitch that goes out when battery is ordered. So I had to make another trip the following weekend to pickup. No need for all that, when a customer orders something, you order it and notify when it is really in stock. If for some reason it's backordered then notify customer if that. If I wanted a battery that they had sitting on their shelf I would have just drove there in the first place.

I recently purchased a new battery for my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee when I drove it home I noticed the passenger seat back cover was no longer attached properly. The battery is located under the passenger seat. I stopped by later in the week to order a new key fob and have them check the seat back cover that covers the airbag and an employee looked at it denied any responsibility for the damage, told me to take it to the dealer. I decided to wait until my key fob came in to complain again about my seat back. They again said take it to the dealer for a repair and estimate. The dealer quoted over 200.00 just to look at it, not including any parts. I then noticed my new key fob was not programmed correctly so returned to the store to have them fix it and give them the quote from the dealer. The manager came out to talk to me and denied any responsibility and said they would not pay for the damages and said I couldn't prove it was done by their technician. After spending over 600.00 there I was appalled and upset at the way they treated me as a paying customer. This dispute will be taken to the next level. Beware of this establishment because they are argumentative, irresponsible, and rude when faced with a customer that only wants his car put back to the condition it was when I brought it in.

I went in to have the battery replaced in my iPhone 7. It didn’t take long for an employee to help me. I didn’t come with the expectation of having my screen protector replaced, but the employee that served me offered to do it free of charge. I came back and they were both fixed within an hour. The customer service was really wonderful and if I ever need tech help again I will definitely come back!
