Move NW did great on my local move. Brian C. was flexible and accommodating as we weren't sure how much were were going to pre-pack and move ourselves in advance.
We ended up packing and moving all the boxable items ourselves, so the crew only had to came one day to move our big items. They were friendly, courteous, and quick.
A few days later, we realized that several of the adjustable feet on our large metal garage cabinets had been bent. Move NW was very responsive, asked for photos, and offered a claim form, but as we were able to hammer the feet straight again, we declined. Brian said he would still bring the incident up at the next team meeting to prevent damage like this in the future. Mistakes happen, and I appreciate their honesty and willingness to learn from it. I would recommend and use Move NW again.

Guys came by, got right to work and got everything done faster than expected. Very efficient in their work. Only consideration would be to make sure you separate your fragile boxes from ones that don't matter because it all got packed the same no matter what. We had 2 boxes marked fragile ,do not stack and they were stacked in the middle of a pile. No damage was done thankfully. I don't blame the movers because they had to make everything fit, but better to remove the option from them.

Very impressed with the professional attitude with both movers. They were quick and careful with all of our items, and kept us under the quoted amount.

In June 2025 I had my belongings placed in storage for a future move to AZ. The people who moved my belongings to storage, Chris and Devon, did an excellent job. They took extra care to protect my floors from damage and made sure fragile items were wrapped safely. They were friendly, efficient and professional. I'm so pleased that today, September 18, 2025, my belongings arrived safely and the team here, led by Ed Lemmons was also exceptional. The same care was given to both my home and packed items. I had been apprehensive about the storage and moving process, but everything went smoothly and I couldn't be more satisfied with your service. Thank you.

Pick up went fine waiting on weight and delivery damages were ignored seemed more like brokers than a company no follow up refused to move many items

I really wanted this to great. And honestly, it was at first, until the stuff left our house. I let the guys use my nice Costco stepstool but did tell them to put it on the truck afterward, and I believe they did, but I never got it back. Somewhere between their storage facility and my new house, it was gone. I also never got my very expensive work boots back. The guys packed them away (or so I hope) and I have looked in every single box I received, unpacked in full and never found them. Because the loss of goods, I should give them one star, but I will give them at least two only because the guys who packed in the beginning worked hard and well. And Trina was amazing! I’m sad to give these stars because of losses.

We recently used Move NW Olympia for our cross town move. Not our first rodeo when it comes to moving and we’d have to say this was one of our best.
Brian Carreon gave us a detailed, clearly written quote. Attention was paid to how difficult/delicate items would be handled. The delivery of starter packs, ( boxes paper etc.) for us to use on personal items we wanted to pack before hand was very helpful.
The moving crew, Robert, Kyle, Johnny D, Devin, Jeff, Chuck, Jasius and Scott, were some of the most courteous, careful, hardworking movers we’ve worked with. Communication throughout was very responsive. Again and again they went above and beyond to handle the basics of what we expected and hoped for in a move, but also asking (& then doing) extra things to make things easier for us. Just a few examples included Robert’s clearly labeled box labeled “utility parts box” that he went back to again and again for the necessary nuts and bolts to assemble various items. (You know, all that little stuff that is so easy to lose in a move.), moving and then helping us position just right very large patio planters, their assistance in disassembling multiple larger items without hesitation and then assembling them on the other end, and rolling out red padded runners and wrapping trim in moving blankets to protected our newly laid floors and painted interior.
The crew was fast, efficient, fun to talk to and made what can be a daunting, exhausting task manageable. Honestly one of the first moves where we were able to step back because it was apparent they had it handled. Our thanks to them all.

Hired two guys to move me from one apartment to another, moderate amount of furniture, up a flight of stairs. Done and dusted in 4.5 hours counting the drive time. Fast, professional, and completed under the estimate for a small refund.

Move Northwest was absolutely amazing! John, Devin, Rick and Keith were the best! They worked so hard and carefully to get all of our things moved...and some things were not easy! They were so helpful and personable...and were willing to go the extra mile to fit things where they were to go. I have never seen 4 guys work so hard and so fast to get the job done. I would hire them again in a minute! I also was actually stunned with the price for the move. I had guessed it would be much more than what it was...even when we added extra things at the last minute with a quick call to to the company!

The workers were all professional and careful with our belongings
The only improvement would be making us aware of the number of hours expected for them to pack out our things since we were planning to drive several hours east that evening.
It would have been better for us to change our plans. Everything worked out but we had a very long day!
