Was really surprised by the lack of customer service. I walked around the entire store, tried on and selected nearly $200 in products and not once did a staff member acknowledge my presence. Sephora has way better customer service. I'll stick to shopping there. Thx

Very disappointed by the customer service at this location. I arrived at 8:23 PM this evening to run in and purchase something very quickly. This was intended to be a short trip. I even left my partner in my running vehicle. I am well aware of their hours seeing as I visit this location frequently. They close at 9PM. Upon arrival, the lights were on and window shades were up. This revealed about 4 employee's standing in a circle socializing. I continued my way to the front doors, and as I did so they rushed over and pulled the blinds shut, they turned the lights off and one quickly locked the doors. I was honestly flabbergasted. I understand the store closes at 9PM. There is a big sign with their hours right on the front door. I work in customer service myself, and totally understand the unwritten rule to not go into an establishment right before close... However, this was 43 minutes before they closed. I'm just over all disappointed and feel as if the hours should be changed if they will not offer customers to make purchases past a certain time. Again, not trying to be a Karin, but just disappointed.

If I could give this location -5 stars, I would in a snap of a finger! This particular location had been nice to me, up until TODAY. I'm a kind person that goes by the phrase "treat others how you want to be treated." SO I HAVE BEEN. I'm a travel CNA, so I've been to ALOT of stores, please keep that in mind. I'll be going to a different location after this. I went in this morning to pickup my online order I had placed.... I just about yelled at the lady at Ulta, because she almost didn't give me my order that I bought online, because no one ever changed my maiden name, to my married name (I got married back March 2023, this is July 2024) as I have asked NUMEROUS stores, in 3 DIFFERENT STATES to do, but for whatever reason, it NEVER got changed. I then said "my name on my ID literally matches my email address on file, can you not use that?" She said with a snarky attitude, "no, because it has to be government ID or I can't give this to you." (Fine, whatever. Rules are rules.) I just about said "then you can refund it to me" or "you can get me someone else to help me." Instead I gave the same attitude back and said "here's my covid card, it has my maiden name on it, does this work?" It took me showing my covid card to get her to hand it over, because everything else was changed to "Stutesman" and people in Oregon, Utah, and other Washington stores never actually changed it! Lose the attitude and lower the tone of your facial expressions before someone actually says something. Also, there was a kind lady come up to the register during this time too... She had asked if this same lady "could please hold this at the register?" She then asked "are you going to grab something from outside?" The customer said "no, it's just getting heavy and I don't want to carry it anymore, as I shop." She rolled her eyes, took the bag that had: ABOUT 2 JUMBO BOTTLES OF SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER, ABOUT 5 OTHER LARGER HAIR CARE PRODUCTS, AND A COUPLE OTHER THINGS. Ya, I wouldn't want to carry that around either if I needed to get more things. Like, seriously? What's with the attitude??? It wasn't even 12pm yet either.

Hell no times 10. These people think they are celebrity status charging between $64 to $77 dollars for a mere haircut. We are local regular people who either work for a living, are retired or disabled. No haircut is worth this OVER PRICED haircut with attitude.

This Ulta have nice customer service, they have nice hairstyles, it's clean there's security cameras almost everywhere, there almost always in stock of thing.

I care about my hair (obviously) but don't always know what product or tool to get. Over the last couple of years, I've visited the store for various things and have received recommendations from the salon technicians about what might work for me. Turns out, they were right about every single product or tool that they've suggested. I've bought different shampoos/conditioners, styling products and styling tools, and skin care products all of which I've been very satisfied with. No one wants to waste money, including me, and thanks to the professional guidance of the cosmetologists working here, that hasn't happened. For patrons or potential patrons reading this, if you are unsure what you need, ask one of the salon techs because they'll take the time to listen to your request, point you in the right direction, and are educated in answering technical questions about individual products.

Susan is so amazing! I loved my own service and I've brought and paid for a couple friends to get their eyebrows shaped and tinted by her also! Each have loved their services. And she is so sweet and kind, always checking in and making sure you’re comfortable and you like the plan.

I had Susan do my brows and it was absolutely a fantastic time!! I absolutely love her and she was always trying to make sure I was okay throughout the whole process.
