Highly recommend Ben's Automotive. Ted is awesome, very knowledgeable and does great work. He spent extra time for my son's truck to get it fixed and back in the road.

I've taken my car to Ben's twice and I've been really impressed by how quickly they were able to get my car in and services as well as the cost for repairs. I'm sure we'll continue to bring our vehicles here.

I had a wonderful family mechanic (Brody's in Lynnwood). I had only ever gone to one other mechanic before (out of necessity due to a breakdown) far from home and it resulted in a breakdown the next day that almost blew my head gasket. I swore I would never take my car anywhere else but then ended up moving near Ben's. I did lots of research and saw Ben's was pretty universally loved so I took a chance. When I pulled in, it was clear I was in good hands. Ted is welcoming, happy to explain options and diagnostics/why the crew suggests a repair, and doesn't pressure or upsell things you don't need. I have had no issues since my AC recharge and it was a life saver for the trip I had to make that same weekend. I also loved being able to sign up for an appointment online. Work is a few weeks out it seems, but I am not shocked. It is worth the wait to have your car in competent and honest hands. HIGHLY recommend this shop.

The crew at Ben’s saved the day. I had a broken caliper bolt that was beyond my ability to remove. They took care of it and I was able to make my track day just in time. Great service as always and at a fair price. They’ve been my trusted go to shop. Highly recommended!

Very weird experience there today. Brought my car in for an oil change and thought the total seemed a bit high. After I paid, the guy mentioned they replaced the cabin air filter. I have never had a shop replace the cabin filter with an oil change without asking first. He claimed it was really dirty, however, I just changed the filter 5,000 miles ago. On top of it, I already had an extra cabin filter I was going to put in because I had it on hand. When I asked why they replaced it without asking his reply was "oops". The more I think about it the whole situation was just so weird and even though it was a minor amount of money, we won't be trusting this shop again. I hate to leave a bad review but "oops" isn't how you address doing unauthorized work on a car.

I take all of my cars to Ted and his crew. Honest, friendly, and fair prices.
I have a niche car that they could not get a part for locally. Ted told me places I could search online for the part I needed. Found the part used on Ebay from a seller in Lithuania. Three months later the part arrived and Ben's installed it.
