“I called these guys because I desperately needed an E-bike Box to return and E-scooter I bought from Amazon. They told me they had some available to take so I came down. They gave me one and then after finding it would’t fit in my car I had to go back in and ask if they would let me checkout the other sizes they had. I think the guy that helped me was Gus. Super chill and he got me a box I could fit into my car. They saved me a lot of money and were very helpful. Thanks guys!”

“We had an excellent in-store experience. We were ready to purchase our first e-bike, but didn’t know a lot about the category of bike we were looking at. Carina took the time to answer all our questions and find any additional information we wanted to know about the bike. When we returned the next day, the gentleman who was working (sorry I didn’t get your name!) was just as considerate and helpful. He took care of all the details easily and efficiently, and wasn’t bothered at all by my little one putting safety cones around the store while we finalized the purchase. He even held the final items for us since we rode the bike right out of the shop. He took the time to walk me through the basics so I felt confident loading my two kids onto this amazing ride, and off we went. When we returned the third day to pick up our waiting items, the whole staff was excited and enthusiastic for us. I wish I would be in the market for a bike regularly, because I’d do business at this store happily! Updated review: The team at the West Olympia store is the best. This is our second bike purchase in just over a year. My kids love to check out the bikes and ride around as I’m asking questions. All of the employees are always ready to answer questions and happy to help. They always go above and beyond, it really is customer service at its best. SUPER bummed to hear this store is closing and we will miss our neighborhood shop.”

“Very excellent service. Exactly what you want in a repair shop. Knowledgeable staff, gave me lots of advice around potential cycle upgrades, without pushing anything towards me I need. They also made sure I was familiar with local bike routes and updates. Would absolutely come back for future repairs / needs.”
