Staff very competent and helpful great products. Probably better price online but I like the local Vibe and being able to bring home and try on things locally.

This specific trip was difficult. I am not familiar with baseball supplies and was taking my daughter to get a field mask. I was clearly having issues trying it on her and admitted I didn't know what I was doing. There were 2 employees who looked like they could have helped, yet my cashier wasn't helpful and busy talking about something that happened in her day. I was a little unimpressed but I didn't verbally ask for help, so I guess I'm at fault as well. But I did make eye contact with them all, while struggling, while saying I don't know what I'm doing lol. I'll continue to shop there I just wish they would have been attentive and offered to help me!

This store was clean and well organized. I always find that big 5 has a strange mix of items. It seems more oriented toward children and families. I decided not to get the gold panning kit and metal detector. They had a decent sized affordable swim section, which I haven't found anywhere else besides online. I'd go somewhere else for camp gear and exercise clothing.

I can see 1 person being at check out but 2 just standing there doing nothing. But talking, while 1 girl is busy. It wasn't busy so the other 2 should have been helping.
