The same guy has been there the last 4 times I have gone in & EVERYTIME he has talked down to me, cut me off in the middle of speaking and sure knows how to make someone feel stupid and it’s quite obvious he does this on purpose and most likely to every customer that enters that store. Ironically, he is the one who looks like an idiot for treating people that way. He really shouldn’t be working with customers. He needs a job that includes no interaction with human beings. Please give someone else the job he has now!!! Boost, he makes ur company look bad.

Great guy, great intentions…….but this Celero POS is the worst POS I have ever owned…..land I’m 47 and had a pinto before……the phone takes, LITERALLY 4 minutes to open any data backed app….and photos,….yeah just take a bunch cause you ain’t reviewing them right away……

They couldn't help me with my problem my regular Facebook account has been taken over by my old account and I can't get it back I don't know how I have been a boost customer for while I still had my boost account and I was paying for it I was trying out another one cuz my daughter insist all I wasn't happy with the other one and I came back to boost after a month they had the nerve to charge me like a new customer $295 that I didn't have a only money I never canceled with them I just transferred my number to another room but they were still paid I'm really disappointed after being a customer for almost 10 years old more I am a low income senior

Outstanding experience. I came in with some complex needs and too little info on hand to transfer my daughters' phone lines to Boost.
Frank was patient, understanding of my situation, and didn't stop being professional and kind even when I was being a textbook "dumb" customer lol.
I've been a Boost customer for a while and exceptional service like I received here is exactly why I'll remain a Boost customer.
Thanks Frank, I appreciate you, and my girls love their respective phones.
