Tami answered right away. Very pleasant, got my receipt on email right away.I'm one of those procrastinators that waited until the last minute to renew because I took advantage of the governor's extension. I know they're super busy today because of the deadline. But she was pleasant able prompt.

They are a service that is used to expedite licensure w/ the state of Washington. I spoke with Tami. It is true it is a small business I believe, and would expect they gotta hustle to make it. Tami is to the point and works as fast as she can. She was very professional and courteous. But not even remotely rude.
