Capitol Theater is a classic, old-fashioned theater in Downtown Olympia, providing a unique and fun entertainment experience. The ambiance is quaint and turn-of-the-century, with real projector sound and great bones. It offers an incredible selection of masterpiece cinema, family programming, live acts, and hilarious comedians. The staff and volunteers provide incredible, friendly, and helpful customer service, creating a seamless and positive vibe from ticket purchase to admission. The seats are a little hard, but the overall experience is legendary and perfect for an old musical, film noir, or low-budget documentary. It is a favorite local business and the best kind of Olympia experience.
Went to see Reverend Horton Heat, it was an awesome show. I would see another concert here, please book more shows!!

If you want a place with great ambiance, definitely check out Capitol Theater! The staff are volunteers, so be sure to tip if you can when purchasing concessions. It's important to help keep places like this alive. I love supporting local businesses, and this is definitely a favorite of mine in Downtown Oly
