We are a small local buisness enthusiastic about teaching and training kids and adults alike about the benefits of mixed martial arts. Owner and head instructor Joey “Coyote” Guel is a former pro MMA fighter with vast experience and knowledge in catch wrestling, Jiu Jitsu, (2nd degree black belt under Marcelo Alonso of Carlson Gracie), and Muay Thai (certified Kru) Joey and his team have the knowledge to build your skills, strengthen your mind and reach your goals. Best old school MMA gym in Olympia. Joey the head instructor knows his stuff very well in the MMA world. Wrestling, kickboxing and jiu jitsu. Plenty of classes for everyone’s schedule. They also hosts and do local fights almost every other month. Kids program is also great
