The two associates working stood behind the cash wrap while myself and a few other customers were looking. No greeting nor was I approached and offered any customer service. There were some cute collections but I decided to pass on buying anything. The quality is minimal and not even worth the 50% off. I miss the good Ole days of gymboree ❣️

This store doesn’t have as many cute clothes as the one in Tacoma the staff is not that friendly either.

This store always has the friendliest and helpful staff. The sales are always good. They are stocked up on Little Planet which is nice. They are always willing to help you find something if it's not in stock.

Don’t even bother with a gift receipt! I was given a very generous gift at my baby shower but the sizes weren’t quite right. I wanted to go in and exchange for bigger items. The girl at the register RETURNED THE ITEMS TO THE GIFT GIVERS CARD!!! That should not even be an option for a gift receipt return! Afterwards they said my only option was for me to contact the gift giver and ASK HER for the money back!!! Are you KIDDING ME?!? SO TACKY! So I returned my generous gift and got nothing in exchange! As a first time mom I was super excited to start shopping at Carter’s because I love their clothes but after this I honestly don’t know if I will ever shop here again!

Always greeted with a smile and asked if I need help (: I will say this location doesn’t have as much selection as larger Carter store but that’s understandable. If you can’t find what you want in store they always offer to help you find it on the site and ship it to you. Customer service 10/10 !

Walked into an empty store with 2 employees behind the register, on their cell phones and talking to each other. It was almost a hassle for them to even acknowledge me. 6 minutes in and still not a word or offer of help or service. Way to make a regular customer of the carters brand feel devalued!I usually always shop at the Tacoma and Puyallup store...I will stick to the stores that i know have great customer service, professional and employees who actually care to keep me as a customer. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP AT THE OLYMPIA STORE!

Don't bother ordering curbside with this location. I've done curbside pickup 2 times within the last 6 months. Each time I wait 20 mins for no one to me come to my car. I call, no one answers. I go inside and they tell me the app isn't working correctly and it does that sometimes. Today my 2 year old was with me and had an accident. I had to take her into the store with me because they refuse to fix this bugs in the app! Fix this issue!!! You're missing out on business!

I love Carter’s and the quality clothes they have for my three kids. With Covid and my kids being home, I was worried about taking them out to shop. I’d love to order online, but orders are much slower with everyone shopping online.Well, it’s location has curbside pick up. Ordering online and picking up was so easy! I will be returning in the future
