This review is for the website & customer service. We did not receive hard copy of tax docs, & i had an issue getting them online. The phone number provided was useless, sending users into a terminal automated loop. It's like they want to frustrate customers to the point of giving up. When I called the local branch & jumped thru a few more automated loops, I was finally able to connect with the call center, and a woman with a thick East Indian accent was hard to understand but pleasantly helpful.

If I wanted to talk to a computer, I have an Alexa, or a TV, or a mirror, or a vacuum! All of which I'd rather talk to than the automated system at Chase. Additionally, if I do get a person, they're generally pretty nice, but the hunt for a live human being to receive assistance is a very time consuming process when and all the robotic voice says is go to the website and the website doesn't have the answer I need which is how to find a human being at Chase Bank ... I will drive to the bank now and hope it is open and hope that they'll exchange euros and hope that there's a live person there and hope there's not a huge line to talk to a live person because apparently they're in high demand which means that there are money maker! Chase, how do you not see that something in demand makes money?

My husband and I stoped by at this location and after waiting about 30 min a "David" person came and asked our name, and showed us his room. We sat, and we told him about why we were there and what type of account we want to open (we had already account there). He said ok, "you must be prepared" my question is if he is not there to help the chase costumers, and expect us to be fully prepared then what is he doing there? Then he asked for 2 cards! I gave him my driver license and my another bank card beside chase card, then he asked for green cart!!! or for citizenship!!! My question is, does he also ask native speakers for the green cart or for their citizenship status? If I was illegal in the US, at the first place I would not have chase account or driver license or many other things! Who carry green cart and passport always in her/his pocket to show to chase bank? Then he said if you don't have the physical cart or passport then he can't help us!Good job Chase bank for the discrimination in 2023 and horrible behavior to us!!!

ATM has been broke on and off for 2 weeks. 8/31/23 ATM ate my check, gave no receipt and didn't show in my account.Called customer service and was routed overseas, asked to be transferred to U.S. representative and never got anyone.9/1/23Called Oly branch..no answer, was routed to an 800 #.Service is very poor and ATM is out of date...switching banks.

I'm now 5 days into having no access to my money via the local ATM. Twice I've called the Olympia bank to complain and they just don't care. Finally today I told the lady representative that if the machine isn't fixed by tomorrow I will drive 100 miles to pull most of my $14,000 and expect to be compensated for fuel expenses. She was unfazed and didn't care. They refuse to provide a time frame for repairs. Don't do business with Chase they are closing hundreds of branches and customers simply are an annoyance.

I cannot log into my account online. This has been going on for months. I have spoken to technical support 3 times, but the problem persists. I am going to switch banks.

Had to order new checks & get some printed. I find myself using more checks these days. Didn't realize I had run out completely! They were great! Pros all the way.

They don't do any auto financing in the branch. They don't do any Auto financing over the phone. Their only option is an online application that doesn't work. So they don't actually have auto financing.

Rude service. I'm so tired of their BS credit cards, i paid off my card and wanted to sit down to talk about getting a new better credit card. (About this branch and an employee) David was very rude to me. Called me in the middle of a doctor's appointment-I was trying to tell him I couldn't talk and that I would see him later that day during our scheduled meeting time-which I made three days in advance. Snarky and rude, all I wanted to do was close my current credit card and sit down to get information about a new one. I love how Chase throws on the fees.

In all my 45 years of aduldhood, I have nerver seen a bank like this one so poorly managed and understaffed. I wanted to send a dometic wire transfer and the teller told me that I had to make an appointment because no one was there who could process a wire transfer. When I asked her to give me an appoitment, she said that I had to call their phone number to make an appointment. Later when I called the number she had given me, it turn out to be a national number. When I called, they asked me what city and State I was in and which branch I wanted to go to to do a wire transfer. After putting me on hold, she came back and said that I must do it online at their website..... Long story short, it took me 5 days before I finally managed to send the wire transfer and I had to do it by going to the bank again.

I've been with chase for 8 years now, personally and for my business. They've always taken great care of me. Brooke is the best business banker I've ever dealt with. When I was at BOA for a couple businesses I always felt they were very pushy and wanted to do things best for them. Brooke will only offer what is best for me and my businesses. If every bank had someone like her they would be much better off with client retention and relationships. This chase is Great. Always quick service and friendly.

Whoa, whoa, whoa... What's with all the hate? Every time I walk in here, I am greeted with awesome customer service. We have to set reasonable expectations. One person that really stands out is David Heerlyn. He goes the extra mile to make sure all my needs are met. Even when times were rough financially, David has always treated me with the utmost respect and dignity. I feel that David SINCERELY cares for my best interest both personally and financially. Thanks Dave!
