Bad customers service. Cashier didn’t even say hello and she was talking to coworker while ringing up my order. Please do better and be attentive

DO NOT STAOP HERE. If you’re road tripping and need to use the rat room, even if you gas up and buy snacks, the rest room is still “closed” even though an employee was able to use it while we were there. I had my 8 year old son w me and they still said no. THIS IS NOT A CONVENIENCE STORE, ITS AN INCONVENIENCE STORE.

I was able to quickly get a propane refill. The staff was happy to help, it was a full 50¢ less expensive than the 76 in Dupont and I was on my way quickly with no problem. Glad Chevron was here to help out. No one in DuPont can fill propane, I had tried the 76.

No bathrooms! Sign on restroom door says "No public bathrooms". Well, I'm a customer, so I asked the cashier to use the bathroom, and she says that they are out of order. Forget it, I'm not coming back.

Not the lady who has been there forever but the new person that looks slightly like her. Has a terrible attitude, I asked for chicken and she threw a fit about "me" complaining about them not having chicken last time. I rarely come here and for good reason. She clearly confused me for someone else. Even after I said, I'm pretty laid back you must have me confused with someone else... she still continue on her rant. The lady is an absolute disaster and she wonders why she can only get a job at chevron. Next time I get harassed I'm walking out with my items. Maybe if you worked as hard as you ran your mouth you'd be in a better place.Absolute trash.

Horrible customer service from the ladies who work here. Gas is consistently more expensive here than even across the street. Don’t waste your time or money here!

Changing my one star review to 5. Had previously had numerous issues with an employee refusing to serve ice cream, saying "I don't do that. Come back when someone else is working." Management took care of the issue. I was impressed with the way they handled the situation. Back to being my favorite neighborhood store!

Staff is very unprofessional from telling customers to hurry to just plain out ignoring customers. There is a older tall Caucasian lady that will walk away from the counter if she sees a customer of color walking to the register. Definitely don't waste ur money to many gas stations around

In order to carry lottery tickets as per Washington State law… You must be able to cash in $600. I don't expect convenience stores to have $600. But when is a very busy gas station you would think they could do $200. I stood in line and watched the cashier take in more than $200. When it was my turn he said no money. For he has a very deep accent. Not that that matters. I was going to spend it in there lottery machine. I don't get it. You have no problem collecting the lottery money but God you pay some back

The staff has a bad habit of not honoring the price that's marked. & when you tell them that the price is wrong they pretend to go look at it & try to say it's another product & that you must be mistaken. & even when you physically walk over with them & point to said product, you have 50/50 chance of them saying "we're wrong, sry" or a flat out "I don't know how to work the register, tough luck..." Talk about incompetence.

Went in to get ice cream and asked if there were waffle cones left. There wasn't. Not a big deal. So ordered two double scoops of ice cream in cups...she started to make the first one and when I requested a sugar cone placed on top that was the employee's breaking point. Karen as I will call her eye roll and sigh...then instead of making the second ice cream as requested started doing other work and even went into the back. When I was still standing there waiting for my order to be completed karen had another eye roll, sigh and resting b@#$t face. Was my order to difficult? Am I a burden on her time AT WORK!!! such bulls@$t.

If there was an option for no stars I would have chosen it. The staff in this store are super rude and go unchecked. They do not deserve to be employed and shame on the owner for not knowing how these employees treat people. Absolute jerks! Will never go inside this store again.
