As a review by Curtis stated, I, too, was not acknowledged by the staff in the Olympia store. Not at all what it used to be. I was looking for their classic white blouse that was displayed in their window. I most likely would have purchased it had they asked if they could help me, but I felt like I was in their way.

I was very unimpressed with the staff at chicos in Olympia. I went into the store and was not acknowledged by any of the staff in the store. I recommend going to the Gig Harbor store because they are much friendlier and inviting.

I can always find something from Chicos.Excellent service. They will call me when a certain jacket arrives at the store. That is service.

I'm an older woman who needs casual business attire. I often shop Macys and Penneys because I thought there wasn't much else out there. I'm tired of large stores where I get NO HELP.I went in to Chicos this morning and, after about an hour and a half had seven outfits from mixing and matching pants with shirts and tanks underneath. All their closthes can be interchanged. The lady who helped me was bar none the best salesperson I've ever had! She hooked me up with accessories and put together outfits for me to try on. Their pants look amazing on me and I'm overweight so have to be careful what I wear.If you haven't experienced Chicos yet, you need to try it out! For me it was a breath of fresh air!

This is a higher end store and will work out well for those who are itttyyyy bitty in stature. I think that it is disheartening that they have no clothing that remotely fit women of bigger size. I'm talking 12. :(
