I went here on fuel day today 5/23/24 just after @1700 and as I was attempting to pay for gas at pump #3 with my debit card, it declined. I went inside because the gas pump read "card declined see cashier" and I then attempted to purchase $40.00 in gas again which didn't even go through. I wasn't the only customer this happened to as several other customers cards were also declining. We all were then told by the cashier that the "system was down" and that they were now accepting cash only. Which I now didn't even have the option of getting because circle k put my entire card balance on pending status for gas that I didn't even get to buy. So as a result not only can I not buy gas, now I cannot buy food or anything else because all my money is in pending status. Super infuriating!

Just want to give a shout out to Jessica, the face and sunshine of Circle K on the corner of Martin Way and Marvin Road! It doesn't matter what day I go there to either put gas or buy cold beverages, Jessica always greets me with a smile and happy attitude! Please acknowledge her for her stellar customer service and professionalism, she deserves it! She's the reason why I'll keep going back! Thank you Jessica!

I will never get gas here again, I walked in at 3 pm and asked if they don’t do hot food anymore because every time I’ve gone in the hot food area is empty, she said to her manager do you want to answer that and he said they don’t do it after 3, I said oh ok that’s interesting, and then the lady started going on about how it’s too much for one person to do so they just don’t do it because it’s impossible, she then said I’m sorry your irritated and I replied I’m not irritated and she said the way I’m acting seems irritated, mind you I didn’t say anything I stood there smiling while she was the one who was irritated about me even asking, I told the manager I’m not getting gas or ever coming back because of the women’s attitude, I should not feel like I’m being judged by asking a simple question when other gas stations have hot food all day, there is a gentlemen who is usually there around 4:30a and he’s great and friendly, this women was not. And how you gonna tell your manager to answer a simple question when you could have easily said the same thing and then proceed to complain about it to me. Don’t make up problems and maybe you’ll keep customers

Don't buy their food. I went and just bought two microwave cheeseburgers. Got to work and opened them up..saw mold on the buns.

I come here all the time for about 2 years, there's a new lady who works there that is problematic, rude, and unaware, she doesn't seem to understand that you don't blatantly text infront of and ignore the customers, not to mention the unprofessional handling of money, and overcharging items

The store is never stocked . It is never very clean and a couple of the employees need to definitely be fired . The store is just not friendly or a very good one. Sorry not sorry

Even though the large fountain cups have 99 cents printed on them they charge $1.29. Even if you point it out they will not give your drink to you for the price printed on the cup.

Gas prices are more than fair. Seems nice, but I couldn't go in. There was a sign up saying they'd be closed for 10 min. Normally not a huge issue; maybe they were running out garbage or taking a break. However, I need my receipts for business deduction purposes. The pump told me to go inside for my receipt, and I was unable to get it. I just paid for a full tank of business related fuel via my personal account and won't be getting reimbursed. ? I highly suggest keeping the receipt printers on the pumps stocked so that when staff is reasonably unavailable customers can still get fuel receipts.
