Always a hassle with poor customer service. The latest? A new Rx sent on Friday, and Monday at 2:30 it’s not ready. Ok, they tell me it will be 20 minutes…. After that they tell me the pharmacist is giving a vaccine and he has to fill it. I wait another 15 minutes after he finished and ask if he’s working on my prescription yet…. I don’t think anyone even told him I was waiting!

They are always friendly and helpful. I’ve been using them for 10 years. The decreased hours and low staffing are frustrating, but they do their best to accommodate.

Easy to schedule vaccines and check-in via text message. I receive a PDF statement of ALL vaccines for my records. CVS knocks it out of the park!!

In all honesty, the first few months of using this pharmacy were rough. However, I have now grown to love this pharmacy. Very helpful whenever there’s issues with insurance or prescribers!

I have been going to the CVS on Slater Kelly then I changed because I moved and they didn’t have a prescription I needed. I was told that they had my prescription in stock at this location then they told me that they didn’t have it to come back the next day. The next day I came back they said OK we’re putting it on express fill and to come back within 5 to 10 minutes I come back later and they said we don’t have it come back tomorrow. It took me three days to get my prescription. I’m glad it was an needed prescription for health problems like if I had a major problem and I needed my prescription.

I had to wait 15 minutes before someone came to help with two pharmacists behind the counter. Then only one of two prescriptions was filled and I had to come back 30 minutes later. I had to wait in line again. Totally unacceptable.

No one in this pharmacy communicates or operates with a sense of urgency. Staff actively ignore customers and thee line at the counter. Profits over people all day long....
Don't bother transferring a prescription out of this location it is commonly lost the system will delete your prescription from CVS and you will not be able to access without your doctor resending. The pharmacist states this is a known issue but they refuse to fix it.

Was overcharged several times cvs saying my insurance wouldn't pay. My insurance said they weren't even billed and I was charged for the out of pocket rate when they said it would have been approved if they actually submitted it. Horrible customer service. Ive NEVER had problems with a pharmacy like this. Taking business elsewhere.

So incredibly slow. Being short-staffed is understandable, but there are five people behind the counter. And it has taken a half hour for four people to go through the line. Never again.

Absurd hours, super disorganized, and routinely unable to handle things I've had no issue with from other pharmacies in the area. It really seems like it's corporate/regional policy, not necessarily employee incompetence, so don't take it out on the staff, but I have never worked with a more frustrating pharmacy. If anything, the staff are the one thing that make this pharmacy sort of worth it, they just seem to be working in really bad conditions. I recommend Arrow or Haggen over CVS.

Pick up the DAMN PHONE! You don’t get to cancel my delivery for a prescription that is life-saving and then not pick up your phone to tell me why the delivery was canceled or to allow me the opportunity to fix it. Why is my type two diabetes medication delivery canceled and why aren’t you telling me why or calling me back?

I have never experienced anything here like some of the reviews describe. Despite frequently being very busy, the staff here make this place a solid choice. They are not only incredibly helpful but also patient and willing to educate customers about their medications, and even processes related to insurance and prior authorizations, etc. A special shoutout goes to Elizabeth, who went above and beyond to assist me, being super communicative, friendly, and diligent. Solid drug dealers.
