Great staff, but very understaffed. Closed on weekends. Impossible to get a hold of over the phone. Combined with the general awful behavior of insurance companies, I recommend giving this place a break and going somewhere else.

They do not answer their phones at all, stating Staffing issues, and when you go in there's a lot people in line because they don't answer their phones. Horrible customer service, switched pharmacies and so did the five people around me sitting in line they were going to too.

Staff is typically rude and incompetent. Called on Monday to refill an emergency inhaler and it wasn’t ready for three days. Switching pharmacies after this experience.

The worst ever. Waiting for my prescriptions for more than 2 months. they keep saying that they need prior authorization, and my PCP says that they sent it to them.For another medication they keep saying 2 that it will come in 2 weeks every 2 weeks!Horrible place! not only they are not helpful, they are also rude!

Pharmacy literally never has meds in stock and says they will order them but doesn't actually order them. Also not sure why they're closed on weekends but every other cvs in target is open.

I've been using CVS Pharmacy for many many years and was fine with the quality of service, but in the past several months they have gone downhill very very quickly and are at this point so egregiously inept that today I did something I never expected I would have to do and moved all of my prescriptions out of CVS and into a pharmacy unrelated or connected with CVS pharmacies. The staff at the pharmacy in Olympia showed no professionalism, but rather indifference and disregard for any sort of customer service when it came to continual screwup's with prescriptions and were unable or unwilling to offer any information whatsoever on what was going on with everything going so wrong so often. They literally said to me "I don't know" and then completely talked over me while I was trying to ask why they couldn't provide any information about what was happening that was causing so much chaos with trying to pick up prescriptions. They were defensive and incredibly rude. A reasonable question deserves a reasonable answer. The problems have been mounting as there are consistently delays in getting medication (even though I was constantly getting text messages saying "your prescription is ready for pick up" only to drive all the way across town to the pharmacy to be told that either it wasn't ready, or that it had been kicked out of the system and was never ordered, or that they had no more in stock and they didn't know when they would get it in) and when I asked when I might expect the needed medication, they actually said, "we're not sure, we really don't know when we can get it ". Seriously?! Nobody on staff even attempted to get an answer to anything and basically left it to me and other customers (and I can include others as I was standing at the counter listening to other customers with reasonable concerns about the similar things I had questions about) to figure out for themselves what was going on. They even said, "go ahead and call corporate if you want answers". I don't know what has happened to this pharmacy, but none of it is good. Their actions and behavior are unpardonable to the point that I no longer have any faith in them whatsoever. What a shame.

Received an email that my prescription was ready to pickup at 9am. Arrived to pick it up after work and pharmacist informed me that it hadn’t been filled and would be an additional hour. Completely unacceptable

Do not use this location. They are never open during their posted hours. Horrible wait times on the phone. Terrible pharmacy overall.This is literally always up during their normal business hours.Do NOT use this pharmacy.

I do not know about the other reviews however my personal experience has been outstanding every time I come in here. Donald here goes above and beyond his job duties every single time to make sure every customer is taken care of every need is met in every question is answered if you need a reliable place to get your prescriptions filled and a trusted pharmacist this is the place to go I bet someone else's life on it.

So, I could not reach them on the phone about my prescription which needed a slight modification, so I stopped by in person to make my request. 10 days later I've received no info, so I stop by in person again and the pharmacist informs me my prescription is "on hold". She can't tell me what that means, but offers me a partial fill which I accept. I come back later that day to pick it up, and the pharmacy tech (who is rolling her eyes and making faces at the pharmacist) tells me I can pick up the balance at the Lacey pharmacy if I want to drive over there. I go to Lacey the next day, they don't have my meds, and they don't know whether Oly has them either. I drive back to Oly where they DO have my meds but can't explain why I was sent to Lacey...bottom line, unless you are some sort of masochist, I would not recommend doing business at this location.

Partner and I spent 1hr+ on hold with this location, trying to save them, us, all from wasting time. While we sat on helpless on hold with our valuable information, staff continued to fill a wrong prescription, work w/insurance, etc to get it through. Any other day- great. But result this day was wasted effort, pay, with me and likely others going without their medicine… Just pick up the phone people. There is absolutely no other way to get in touch via this pharmacy system, if one is not nearby, than to use the minimal tools on the app or call. Picking up the phone and receiving the correct information (1 min talk maybe?) would have changed much, including someone else being able to get their medication that day without the staff’s wasted effort. But really, it’s obvious that picking up phone provides needed i formation (that’s why it’s there) but also, it’s just part of the job.
