I've been a customer of Desco for over 20 years now. Not only do they match Best Buy pricing, but unlike Best Buy their after sales support is unmatched. My previous Sony Tv lost its sound last week, and possibly repairing wasn't worth the cost. Like pretty well all service businesses they are understaffed and told me that even though the new TV was in stock it could be two weeks till they could deliver and set up. A shout out to Marino, my sales person. At 10:30 this morning he and a helper delivered and set up my new TV. With Desco, you are dealing with highly knowledgeable sales staff, and fantastic after sales support and repair services. They are the best. .

Cleaned my receiver and gave me a price on what it would be worth if I ever wanted to sell it.Knowledgeable and friendly staff.Great show room featuring tv's and stereo equipment.Also bought some quality speaker wire which was worth every penny.So,before you think about ditching your stereo equipment give this outfit a try.$100 deposit will go towards evaluation and repairs. Good deal.

Desco is an absolute gem of our community since 1969, they have a caring, knowledgable staff and sell only quality products. They can also often repair microchip boards at a component level. Skip best buy if you want a real audio experience, you'll pay a little more but receive 4x the extra cost in a beautiful sound experience that competition just doesn't offer. This is coming from a professional DJ's opinion. Sound matters!

Really impressed with the team at Desco. Not only did they solve a networking issue at my house that two other companies basically shrugged their shoulders at, but they also provide excellent service. I live in a rural area and am routinely used to service companies giving me grief about the hassle of coming out. Desco has always been cheerful and anxious to provide service. They aren’t cheap but they are professional. Thank you!

Our primary TV, a Sony, kicked the bucket prematurely. It's not surprising considering how many hours a day it was on. I spent hours on the internet trying to understand the problem Desco is an official Sony service center. After a long chat with the service guy, we decided a new TV was a better choice in the long run. Desco seems targeted to those wanting high end home theater experience. Lots of video and sound options are there. None the less, a very knowledgeable sales guy showed us options for our basic home TV use. There was a top Sony available and on sale so we bought it. Great image and sound. Other stores might price lower but our experience is should there be a problem, you are s.o.l.

Unprofessional- no follow up. Stopped by the store. Asked about Mantle Mount to hang a TV over mantle and some sound system. Marino scheduled to come out to take a look... He did. Came out and looked at it Gave me the usual that it takes so long to order stuff bla bla - and he will go work up a quote for me...and will send it over. It's been 1 week. No word from him. I ordered the Mountie Mount on line - shipped the next day and arrival was within 5 days.

The employee was so rude to me and didn't help literally at all. He argued about the existence of an item I knew existed. So rude and will never go back. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

This is the place to go for all your AV needs. The techs are super knowledgeable and the products are top of the line. I went in today looking to upgrade my turntable, and the tech I spoke to was extremely friendly and could answer all of questions. He walked me through the features of each turntable and their differences. By the end of my 45min-1hr visit not only felt like I had been led to the right product, I had learned a considerable amount. In addition, they carry a small but impressive selection of records that is refreshed weekly. Please give these guys your business, they really deserve it.

I went to Desco and talked to Marino about Klipsch Forte speakers. He answered every question I had and said they would be a big upgrade from my current ones. I bought them but it was going to be 4-6 weeks to get them. He offered me the floor models with ten hours on them with the same guarantee and original boxes. I got them home and they are all that he said and more! A great old style audio video store!

I bought a TV elsewhere and it died a year later. I called to see about a repair and they walked me through the most likely scenarios and that it wouldn't be worth repairing. I got better customer support from them before I even purchased anything than I had from the original store. I bought a TV there shortly thereafter and the whole experience was great.
