I've been getting into football recently and there were lots of football to choose from. There was also a lot of equipment. The only reason I rated 4 stars is because I spent about half an hour looking for the bathroom and I could not find a single one even tho it is a really big store.

My son bought a pair of sunglasses and was talked into an Asurion eyewear plan. The Asurion company is a complete scam- he returned the sunglasses and did not receive the promised gift card in return. Asurion website has no customer service and no way to request help. Dick's- why would you partner with this company to scam your customers???

I purchased a new driver and golf shoes at the Dick's Sporting Goods store in Olympia, WA on 5/28/25. I was impressed by the service of Evan Groat who operates the golf department. He was extremely helpful, caring and knowledgeable. I will only conduct my golf business there going forward. Also the cashier Kamari was a pleasure to work with.

First of all, a great big thank you to Jonathan. I took my daughter into the store today (4-12-25) to look around, and we began to look at bikes. Jonathan gave us a friendly greeting, shared his knowledge, and recommended a great bike for her. Before we knew it, he found a great bike in the stock room put it together and we were walking out of Dicks Sporting Goods with an early 9th birthday gift for my daughter. Great customer service experience! Based on this experience alone, we'll be back for 2 more bike's (one for mom and one for dad). Thank you Jonathan and Dicks Sporting Goods.

Spent 10 minutes in the shoe department, no one bothered to even say hello. As I approached the area an employee walked right past. No thanks I'll shop online directly with Hoka!

Daniel and Nia were the best. Nia could tell I needed help and asked me immediately. I was looking for arm covers for an elderly person with thin skin. She suggested arm sleeves, which was a great idea. She walked me over and tag-teamed me to Daniel, who knew the exact location of the Nike arm covers. I really appreciated both Nia and Daniel helping me find the perfect solution. They are both top quality representatives for Dick's Sporting Goods. Nia and Daniel provided me with an outstanding shopping experience. Nia and Daniel, thank you.

Great experience today grabbing some golf stuff, Evan in the golf department was awesome. The place is even better now that some of the previous staff that walked around with a unfriendly energy have left.

Daniel, one of the cashiers at Dick’s in Olympia was our hype man after I purchased a Qalo ring for my wife. She opened the box and saw it empty, to only look to me beside her on one knee. Jokingly, I asked her “Will you marry me, again?” I put her ring on her finger, stood up and immediately Daniel clapped and cheered and the customers behind us followed with laughter and clapping. It seriously embarrassed my wife since we’ve been married for a while now but it was agreed, really funny. Daniel exceedingly shows customer service by being a hype man, despite the store closing within 20 minutes that day. ?? lol

I was here, minding my own business, with a group of friends. An older employee scolded us for picking up a football. Claiming annoyance at customers tossing balls as a justification, he was incredibly impolite and disrespectful. Had the older employee been more courteous and professional, we may have avoided the entire situation. We Will not be returning for future purchases as the rudeness of the employee was disheartening.

Never buy a product here if you aren't 10000% that you'll like it because apparently they can sell pre workout and protein powder but if you don't like it they WILL NOT exchange or refund ANYTHING. It's ok, lesson learned. Go elsewhere One girl asked another girl who also wasn't sure but told me no anyway.

Another store that ruins the customer experience to try and stop shoplifting. Of course the shoplifting continues and these pointless measures just harass paying customers as a form of collective punishment towards humans who have the nerve to enter their store. Since they are so threatened by customers I will just not be one anymore.

Big store store with a lot of options, but their signage is small making hard to know where you should look. Went to buy hiking boots and I think they had a lot of options but only 5 boots were on display and only one had a price on it.Frustrating
