Would give them a 0 if possible , I went in for work boots , got asked if i needed assistance by 2 different employees, when I declined help by the second employee she refused to leave my side and insisted to help me shop for my shoes which made me feel very uncomfortable, I come here all the time and pay good money , should NOT BE FOLLOWED AROUND LIKE A CRIMINAL. I will be going else wear from now on. The guy working was a smart@ss when I asked him his policy on the subject he's lucky im out shopping with my daughters.

Love buying shoes! All the better when you can buy them for yourself. This time, though, was for my grandson. Hitcthe jackpot. He got 2 pairs of sneakers and one pair lights up!

Famous Footwear allows my family and I to find great shoes at a really good price. The selection isn't always the newest styles but they aren't the oldest either. We are usually able to find just what we're looking for in store. If not, we can go online and make a purchase, and either pick it up in store for free or have it delivered to our home. Love this place.

The manager was super helpful, they greeted me right when I came in & helped me price check the shoes I bought my husband. Plus I got 25% off these cute Nike slippers that were already clearanced at $17. I left with 2 pairs of converse & the Nike slippers for a fair price.
