When my original farmers agent retired I was connected with Alexandria at Jared Bouchey's agency, and wow, from the first interaction she was happy, smiling and ready to help. I was so impressed I have all my insurance handled with them for personal and businesses. Alexandria made that decision easy as she was ready to help when I was in Land I office for contractors license. Needed some additional insurance information and she was ready and helped so I could acquire the needed license that day. This type of customer service is refreshing to see. Love having a local agent on my team ready to help when I have questions, making sure I have the proper coverage and documentation, all of this done with a smile and personable service!! again thank you Alexandria and Tara for always keeping me insured with a smile!!

I recently changed agents to the Jared Bouchey Agency. It was smooth and he did a great review (home owners , autos, boat, and renters). Jared listened to our current needs and with our best interest in mind we tweaked a few items. So happy we made the change. Staff is very knowledgeable also. Still with Farmers but the Jared Bouchey agency is a better fit for us.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced from any Farmers Insurance Agent in over 28 years of having Farmers insurance. Calling with inaccurate information, using scare tactics, calling during dinner times, and not following through on the level of service expected by Farmers Insurance.

We have homeowners and Auto insurance from Farmers and Jared is our agent. Not only was he able to give us more coverage at a better rate from our old company, he and his staff have gone above and beyond when we've needed it. This summer I was in a car accident that totalled the car. The price we got from Farmers was exactly what I felt it should be and his staff, particularly Tara in his office, helped make the whole process super simple. I could not recommend Jared and his staff more to someone thinking of switching providers!

Great experience working with Tara, she was able to help me put the proper coverage on my custom Excursion Overlander in just a few minutes. Tara insured I fully understood my coverage to include the deductible I chose. Looking forward to working with Tara again.
