Fedex keeps sending my packages to random addresses.. then FUDGING THE TRACKING INFO TO SAY IT WAS DELIVERED!! Call them, and the ROBOT won't let me speak to a human.
After package is late, Tracking changes and says it was delivered a Week ago. to the wrong zip code, signed for by a random person. Impossible for package to go 2000 MILES in 1 DAY

Thanks to Teresa, at FedEx Office Cooper Point, a wedding was complete! We came in with a print and mount request for Teresa. We were new to this location, had never done a project like this, and needed it in a timely manner, right before she closed for the night. But Teresa was undaunted with our request. She new how to help us, guided us to completion, and helped other customers while helping us complete the job. The Bride and Groom were so happy with the end results that it will hang in their home for the life of their marriage/family! Teresa, Thank You for your time, effort, and kindness, not to mention your ingenuity in helping us create a one of a kind masterpiece that will be appreciated for a life time, or more!

Fed Ex delivered a very important product I've been waiting for since Feb7th to the wrong place. Then reported that they delivered it to the correct address. They lied.

Just go somewhere else, the level of disrespect and rudeness I encountered was unacceptable! One staff member in particular, a girl with long scraggly black hair, lots of sun damage & winkles on her face, was especially rude!! Her attitude was disgusting, and she clearly needs to be put in her place, for real. For the pay they receive ??, there's no excuse for treating customers so poorly. I will never be going back there again.

I came in to FedEx today to print custom invitations that I had made but I didn’t really know how to do what I set out to do. A costumer service employee at the store quickly helped me and I accomplished everything I needed and more. He truly went out of his way to help me and I’m still in disbelief at how easy and cost effective the whole service was. I printed what look like professional custom invitations on card stock for about $10! I am so happy with the invitations that I printed today and I hope to do this more in the future.

Most unqualified and unhelpful “shipping experts” I’ve ever met. Beyond ridiculous,… even the person in front of me was berated. So after being belittled and condescended, I took the package that I needed help with to tumwater pack and ship and everything went great. I’ve never had any issues with any other shipping service location except for cooper point fedex and the employee Courtney.

I know being short staffed sucks and managers have been over worked. However that’s no reason to be total j**** Cortney long black hair prob a manager just ignored me and when I walked around to her register her facial expression and tone was legit “I hate this a guy.” She was short and snotty made it clear her puppy was more important than I was. Her boyfriend looked like a chad was glaring at me the whole time. Never going back. Her puppy was cute af.
