I unfortunately experienced a flat tire while on the freeway. I took my car into this location, and I had a wonderful experience with Jacob. He clearly explained what my vehicle needed and I left feeling confident that I was in good hands and my car would be repaired. I have since picked up my vehicle and have had no more issues, thank you Jacob and Firestone!

I had a great experience at Olympia Firestone thanks to Jacob and his incredible team. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, professional, and efficient. Great customer service. Very easy to set up an appointment. I had an oil leak, and Firestone was able to see me the next day. The process was a breeze and they made my waiting time comfortable and relaxing. The price was significantly cheaper than I was quoted and a different mechanic. Definitely will be doing business again. Thanks again Brandon and Nyssa.

I was grateful they could squeeze me in on a Sunday so I didn’t have to get a hotel and miss work. Not a comfortable place to wait, but there’s lots of stuff around if it’s not a million degrees outside and you feel like going walking.

They managed expectations for time really well. They were honest, direct, and respectful in communicating with me. They made sure that I knew my options and they applied discounts without me having to ask for help. They got the work done quickly and did not rush me to pick up at the last minute. And finally, my car runs so much better on the way into work this morning. I had fun cruising today instead of stressing about if my tires had enough traction or if my brakes felt squishy. I am grateful for the excellent service.

It took a little longer than I would expect to replace one tire and they pushed a bit hard to sell extra services. Also, the wheels on the car were extremely dirty when the tire change and rotation was completed. It would have been nice if they would have cleaned them with a damp rag.

Had an oil change and tire rotation done at this location. After leaving, I noticed some inaccuracies on the paperwork I was given. For one, they had said on the paperwork that my truck is a 4WD, it isn't, and they said that the washer fluid had been topped off, it hadn't and was completely empty. I just let it go, figuring no harm was done and I would not get my oil changed there again. My truck stalled out today and when I took it to a local shop, they informed me that the air filter had not been clipped in correctly the last time it was checked (which was at that oil change visit to Firestone.) Because it wasn't clipped correctly, all sorts of debris has clogged up my engine. $190.00 and a tow later, I have been advised to present a copy of the bill to Firestone. I will update this post when I have their response.
UPDATE: Was basically told “prove it”. No apologies, certainly no help paying for the bill their negligence led to.
