Update: The Greedy Goodwill, they sell free items they get at retail prices. Horrible prices, employee (man) at checkout a little weird. They charge more than buying something new for items.
All the quality donated stuff never see's the floor, it all goes to the online store. We need a Value Village here to take its place. At VV items are affordable and they realize everything was donated. I really hate this Goodwill, bunch of thieves.

My shopping experience today at Goodwill on the west side of Olympia made my whole holiday season bright. Thanks to Tiffany, who was polite, went out of her way to go the extra mile for the sake of customer service, very patient, as well as an adept communicator! I could not find the match to a beautiful leopard print Van’s shoe, and got so sad and overwhelmed thinking I would have to leave without them. She searched the entire store, men’s & women’s sections on her own accord, even though it was a bustling Saturday. She took the time to search behind the register, and was reassuring as she could see I was getting sad and letting the realization settle in. I searched again the entire store and then fully realized I would have to buy my sweater and leave. All of a sudden she found me and said that she thinks she had found the match after a second look behind the counter, and I seriously cried tears of joy. My shopping experience was far supreme to the likes of Nordstrom or Barney’s and I feel overwhelmed with gratitude. I am very thankful for Tiffany and her tenacious customer service, kindness, and willingness to believe. That is what this time of year is about. I have hope because of her relentless positivity and care! I also found a rad pair of Adidas for my husband which she was willing to hold for me while I did a mad dash searching every nook and cranny. So refreshing to not have to buy new trainers & feel wholeheartedly inspired and refreshed by my purchase & experience.

Self check out machines were broke which was fine because they had additional registers open. Lots of homeless people hanging around the entrance. My experience in Olympia in general was that the city was fairly clean but, it has a major homeless issue. Everywhere I went I saw a deep need. I didn’t feel very safe here. It was my first time visiting this city. People in general walk around with their heads down.

This is probably the best Goodwill in this area. Bigger selection, easier to donate, and the parking is good.

Every thing is in big tubs. You have to dig through to look for things. Very disorganized, not my cup of tea. But others may like??

Huge assortment of clothing. Other household items are also for sale.
Big drawback: No dressing rooms. You can try clothes on over your clothes in the store. Or, you can take them home and try them on and return them with original tags in place for store credit.

The prices....OHHHH MYYYYYY!! 😂🤣🤣 Most expensive Goodwill I've ever been to. Even 50% off is STILL a ridiculous price. Possibly THE WORST Goodwill I've been to

Jennifer, the manager at this location today is extremely rude to employees and costumers. she scolded an employee about letting me use the restroom (for emergency purposes). she disregarded my emergency because she had no idea what it was. nearly followed me in the restroom just to make sure i knew its not a normal thing. before and during me being in the restroom (during because my significant other watched) , she scolded the employee and complained about “ how many times she had to open the restroom door”. very unprofessional and maybe wait for conversations like that for meetings and not in front of customers.

Employees have a little attitude. I wanted to tell the male with blue hair : You work at Goodwill, not Gucci. Drop the attitude.

Goodwill sells already-defective items that an *honest* person doesn't notice 'til home, then does not honor its return policy.

Prices are way too high. Found items in there that had been purchased at t.j Maxx and still had the price tag on them and they were less than the price that Goodwill was asking

I recently bought an ice maker from this Goodwill. Got very sick the next day so I didn't try it out right away. Just tried it yesterday and it doesn't work. Even though I still have the receipt, they won't make good on it. I bought it about 2 1/2 weeks ago. Never again will I shop at this Goodwill.
