My salesmen’s name was Andrew. I decided on a wrx. I went in knowing I was ready to purchase. I setup a time to test drive and link up with Andrew. He did me just the way I like it. He was tender/gentle yet professional. he was always concerned with my well being. we had some lovely moments in the showroom. All kidding aside, Andrew got me signed and driving away in under an hour and 30 minutes. He answered all of my questions quickly and clearly. he’s not snake car salesman. I enjoyed the experience purchasing a vehicle from Andrew. Thank you sir!

Gavin was my Service Advisor today when I brought my Crosstrek in for service, and I was genuinely impressed from start to finish. Every single person involved in the care of my Subaru stood out—from the person who waved me into the service bay (I didn’t catch their name, but the warm demeanor and great eye contact made a strong first impression), to Gavin, and to my service mechanic, Devyn.
I especially appreciated the video walk-through of the service—this was my first time seeing the underbelly of my beloved Subaru, and it was both informative and reassuring. Being able to actually see the condition of my filters made the whole process feel transparent and trustworthy.
Even the wait time was a pleasant surprise. I arrived prepared with a bookmarked hour-long podcast and didn’t even finish it before my car was ready.
In all my years of owning cars (it's a lot), I’ve never experienced this level of customer service. Truly impressive—ninja level. Amazing work, all!

Great experience. My partner and I just bought a new 2025 Crosstrek Premium with heated seats and auto-dimming side and rearview mirrors in the color Ice Silver Metallic. We just had a very bad bait and switch experience with another dealer so this was refreshing to talk with Ramon Ponce, our sales rep at Olympia Subaru. He so nice, relaxed and helpful and it made us feel confident in the dealership. He laid out the offer in clear language with real figures with none of the usual B.S we’ve experienced at other dealerships. We got the exact car we wanted at a very good price so I highly recommend visiting Ramon Ponce at Olympia Subaru.

The place uses an impact gun to tighten on oil pan drain plugs, not standard torque specs. I will never take my car back here after the shoddy work they did, and now to find out my oil pan drain plug is stripped out...just incredible how this place can be called a dealership.
Update: took my car in for a recall. It took almost a month to get an appointment and I was quoted an hour for the work during the initial call. When I showed up to the dealership they told me it would be 3 hours.
I asked them to look at a shock and ball joint previously because there were odd sounds with the drivers side wheel whenever it hit a bump or was just driving down a normal road. They told me there was nothing wrong. Another mechanic told me I need to replace the ball joints and the shock on the drivers side. I'd trust the other mechanic over these guys.
I constantly get emails about how this dealership wants to buy my car from me...stop. please.

I have never had such a deplorable experience with service at Subaru. When I came in to get an alignment, I waited 4 hours to get my car serviced. By the end of it had to come back to get my tires balanced after they rotated them during the alignment service. Which I then had to pay extra for. Because apparently (This is pretty much exclusive to Subaru) balancing tires after an alignment and tire rotation is an extra service that you have to ask for specifically, though it is necessary.
After this was all said and done, my car still drove like crap. The manager treated me like I didn’t know anything, and everywhere I have ever gotten the same service, tire balancing is standard practice and included in the price. This situation absolutely blew my mind, and I will never be returning. So glad I got rid of my Subaru shortly after this. What a joke!

We bought a beautiful green prior owned 2023 Subaru Forester Touring from a different Olympia dealer and needed a lesson on the car. The day after we bought it we went to the Olympia Subaru lot and had the good fortune to be greeted by Brandon. He very graciously gave us the “new car” tour and welcomed us into the Subaru family! We are beyond grateful for
his hospitality and patience in going over the inside and out of our new Forester. We LOVE this gorgeous SUV and we love our new Subaru family! Thank you so much Brandon for your kindness!

I have been trying to get ahold of this place for three weeks. I called the parts department and left a voicemail about needing help to identify and order a part. No call back. I called 6 times last week on different days to get ahold of the service department. They seem to be having issues with their phone as it rings a few times after the “this phone call may be recorded” message and then the line goes quiet or disconnected. So I message the chat assistant online to schedule service for any day last week. They said they reached out to the team to schedule me for my oil change. I still haven’t heard anything back. I try calling again today, phone number directly from their website, it rings 3 times and line goes silent.
Now let’s talk about the sales team. I get a email saying they really want to buy my car. I reply and ask how much. They ask what car I want. I say I don’t want a car they have, I’m looking at one at a different dealer. They go back and forth with me a few times asking what dealer, what car, and I tell them I’m just interested in selling and want to know the value. They do back to asking me what car I want to trade for. I tell them I’m looking at a car they don’t carry, they say ok, let us know if you change your mind. I said so you won’t buy my car unless it’s as a trade in? Then the sales person gives me a phone number for someone else and says “contact this guy”. Like wow, you reached out to me, and it’s clear you only want to help me if I’m buying a car from you, so now I want nothing to do with them. These people really just don’t care anymore.
