Love the close location however the lady that helped me was EXTREMELY rude, red hair and on the shorter side. I was sad to have this happen as it is family owned and close by. Also no one even greeted me as I sat there and watched everyone stare at me at least once. Where has customer service gone?

The owner and employees of this business are very kind and helpful. Prescriptions have been filled timely and correctly. We get our vaccines here too.

Hawk's Prairie Pharmacy has been a great community service for our family. Sometimes the cost of a prescription is less than the mail order company our insurance uses, so I always check with them before using mail order. I can count on them to provide prescriptions in the right amount as ordered by my doctor, get a text once the prescription is ready, and their drive-thru pick-up has been very helpful especially since the pandemic. We also get our flu shots, pneumonia shots, shingles shots, and of course Covid vaccines and booster here. Close to home, convenient, professional and friendly!

They always overfill, and fill prescriptions I didn't ask for. Their goal is to bill for as much as they can, regardless of whether I need it filled or not. Then they keep calling to try to guilt into filling unneeded fills--even today, they tried to guilt me with the "Do you really want us to send it all back?" attitude. Probably not going back unless it is an emergency. Tired tired tired of being overcharged and harassed because they want to fill five boxes of pen tips when I only asked for ONE, and harassing me when they overfill without asking. Further update: I decided to try to refill one last time, as I am nearly out of my critical, I-have-to-run-to-the-ER-because-I'm-Out medication. The pharmacy tech refused to serve me until the pharmacist could speak to me. When I asked what the problem was, she glared and told me that the pharmacist would tell me what it was about, so I left. I will not tolerate being denied heart medicine that I NEED TO LIVE because the pharmacist has a tiff about a bad review. Oh, and the pharmacist lied on another review, saying I didn't communicate "smaller quantities." I asked for A BOX of pen tips, not five! I am a very sick man on a shoestring budget, and I can not afford to be overcharged. The whole reason I don't want automatic refills is that I have to confirm the dosage and quantity (after the Health Mart near the hospital auto-filled a mistake script that would have killed me). Both Health Mart pharmacies immediately resent me for wanting to confirm up front that I am picking up what I asked for, so I will not have anything to do with the chain again, and I will be filing a complaint with the appropriate regulatory agency immediately.

What can I say - wonderful staff, easy to fill/refill prescriptions and prices are the best you'll find! I'm just sad it took me so long to find this place!

They were good until they weren't. Count your pills before you leave the store. I felt like the entire staff was staring at me like I was a drug abuser because they said I was too early to refill. I am not a drug abuser, I was out of pills and they allowed me to go into withdrawal. Again, count your pills in front of them before you leave the store.

Hawk's Prairie Health Mart Pharmacy TREATING THE ELDERLY WHO ARE SICK THE WAY THIS PHARMACY HAS IS A VIOLATION & WILL BE HEARING FROM ADA IF 0 WAS AN OPTION IT WOULD DEFINITELY BE GIVEN. WE HAVE TURNED THEM IN TO WASHINGTON PHARMACY COMMISSION BOARD My husband went in to switch his pharmacy because of lack of professionalism from his last pharmacy. My husband suffers from PTSD and has end stage liver disease (not from drinking) and has medications that he has to take daily, nothing that would flash warming signals, laxative, heartburn medication and his diuretics to keep his bladder running clear. An antidepressant for his PTSD & a muscle relaxer for his osteoporosis. Well he talk to a young lady on the phone and explained his situation, she said that she would get things started for him, he was out & wanted to bring All of his medications by since there always seems to be a mistake & they would try & fill old prescription from 5 year's ago, even though we have asked several times for these medications to be taken off of his chart. Well some other kid comes over & interrupts the process & then call the manager out. The manager gets rude right away & tells my husband to leave. My husband is an ELDERLY MAN WHO IS SICK AND SKINNY AND HAS LOST 30 LBS 6'2" 170# AND LIVES ON DISABILITY AND BUYING NEW CLOTHES IS NOT TOP PRIORITY, HIS MEDICATION IS. WORST MANAGER EVER [SUNIL] WORST PHARMACY EVER THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT SICK ELDERLY PEOPLE

Thank you to Hawks Prairie Health Mart Pharmacy for caring about their community and not just their existing customers. Their compassion and kindness for my mother's situation has truly touched me. For that reason, I have transferred all of my mother's prescriptions to this particular pharmacy. I would like to support this Pharmacist and show my appreciation for what he has done for my family. It is no wonder my mother's friends have been loyal customers all these years.

Just discovered this great pharmacy! I have a difficult-to-find prescription and other pharmacies did not carry it. WalMart said to "call around" other places and was very thankful to find it at Hawk's Prairie Health Mart Pharmacy (different wholesale distributor than the others). Customer service was great - even the drive-thru was easy and everyone is friendly and helpful. Count me as a new, loyal customer - I'm switching to them!

Hawks Prairie Pharmacy provides top notch customer service. They truly care about their clients and often provide advice on how to save on prescription medications. They also open late and on Saturdays which we appreciate due to our constant change in work scheduled. They also offer different vaccination (ie flu, shingles, varicella (chicken pox), etc.). I've been with them since they opened years ago.
